Today I am going to show you a peculiar build of Windows 10 designed to look like Windows 98. It is not ideal, I'd say it's quite the opposite of ideal, but it's refreshing to see proofs of concept like this occasionally. I think most of the imperfections can be fixed, but I will leave it to the avid classic theme enthusiasts.

The build shown is made by Daniel Myslivets. Check him out, he does cool things like that all the time!
