I honestly though Crysalis as a human could be a cosplayer, or someone who likes to do costumes and disguises, like Tsumugi Shirogane from Danganronpa

My first assumption was that this video was going to be analyzing the possibility that human Crysalis would have been a cult leader lmfao

I feel like chrysalis would be maybe a make up artist or a costume designer and she would have the ability to change herself into different people with her talents and ability’s and the various models and students she has to teach would be her very own personal changelings

I would have thought human Chrystalis would be an actress, and all of the other changeling are, like, her devoted fans, or something. It would fit with the form changing, at least, and there are definitely plenty of manipulative, controlling, and ruthless actors out there

If human Chrysalis was the leader of a cult or gang, i could totally picture her kinda looking like a female mob boss or something.

Can you do Human Tirek next? I think his story would rather compelling in the human world. However, talking about dear old Queen Chrysalis, more than a principal, I think she would actually be the boss of a gang of thieves, to be more in line with her personality. That way, Thorax could simply be the guy who gave the changelings an example of a better way of living, a way that doesn't require them stealing stuff from others using their disguises, allowing them to show their true colors

I agree most with the vampire theory, though them being able to transform would take magic. If ponies enter the portal and lose all their magic, why do changelings have magic in the human world?
Another theory is as a human she practices polyandry and actually has a lot of children, maybe she could be in a world record book in the human world for having a lot of children? And Thorax, one of her children, could've left his family because he didn't support his mother's polyandric practices. But he probably did not take over the family either.

Count vampire Chrysalis is something I’ve never known how much I needed til now

I could definitely see human Chrysalis running an orphanage of sorts, being a sort of Ms. Hannigan type of character. Eventually, one of the older kids in the orphanage, Thorax, uprises against Chrysalis's ways and ends up taking over the orphanage, running it in a much better way than Chrysalis ever did

What if she was a world leader, of a group nobody liked. She probably thought a good tactic was getting to the young people to change them to her ways and tried to take over Canterlot high, acting as Cadence. After friendly vice principal Cadence finds out she takes down the whole operation. One of Chrysalis's loyal workers decides to join Crystal prep, and forms a bond with Spike the dog. Twilight is naturally wary of him but after some reassuring they're friends.
Thorax then grows to become class president and his old friends join him.

her being a principal of sorts is definitely possible, maybe like if a boarding school or a very private and strict school, making the kids comform to a certain way and crissy being controlling
definitely something more realistic but either way still cool to think about XD

In the wedding episode Chrysalis said equestria has more love than any place she had ever encountered- that definitely sounds like she's been to the human world

I always though Crysalis could run an orphanage with the changelings being the orphans. That gives Thorax the chance to grow up under her guidance but disagree with her methods and take over the orphanage for her

I feel like she'd be some kind of makeup artist of sorts. Maybe her slogan could be something like "Become anyone you want in this world & achieve the love & adoration you deserve!". Perhaps she could also be sort of a fashion designer to go along with it? She could run a beautician/cosmetology/fashion designer school for those with a similar passion? Just my take on things. I do think the last one where she would be a principal is a very good idea on how it would flip from Equestria to the human world
I personally expected her to be in the friendship games instead of Principle Cinch, it would of been more fitting since we had already known the character.

My theory is that Human Chrysalis Would be a bug queen that got affected by the magic of the portal turning her into some Kind of Magic human that has the hability of Shapeshift?

I remember when Friendship Games was first announced, everyone was convinced that Principal Cinch was gonna be Chrysalis in disguise, especially since they had release a Chrysalis EQG doll around that time. I was very surprised when I watched the movie and it turned out not to be the case. But still, I think the idea of Chysalis disguising as Cinch with her school's students being the human world's equivalant of changelings has a lot of potential, especially since everyone at Crystal Prep seemed so obsessed with success and good reputation, which could tie in with Chrysalis' hunger for love. + Candance and Shining Armor, two characters who have a history with Chrysalis in the pony world, also work at that school.

We see that Sirens, while humanoid, do still have their powers and can consume energies from chaos. I think that Chrysalis would resemble the real-life myth of the changeling a bit closer, and would instead kidnap children and replace them with a changeling.

Yooo! Imagine if she actually went through the portal? Maybe the changelings have their own school?

A changeling boarding school sounds like a super cool idea! It would make sense as a good parallel if there was a big emphasis on treating the other inhabitants of the school like family.

Back when I was making EQG fanfic, I had Chrysalis be the principal of her own school; "Changeling High". She then have some of her students temporarily transfer to rival schools, join their event teams/clubs, and sabotage them whenever they compete against her school.

changelings are a bit like ponies apart from the drinking love thing, so i think she would transform similiar to a pony. a school is pretty reasonable for her and we've already seen teachers in the friendship games that tried to manipulate human world twilight and that seems like a perfect fit for queen chrystalis. but some things in this video are too specific. she might manipulate her students, but you have to remember that this world has no magic and some things have to be slightly different or not happen at all in this world. not only that, but she wouldn't really be the same if she didn't have to feed on ponies love. in to where and back again, we learnt that the main reason why she took over equestria is because she wanted her subjects to be able to feed on their love. if she didn't have to do that in the human world, than maybe she would be an overall much nicer person.

I definitely like the idea of Crystalis having her own school. Maybe it would be a school for spies! This explains the ability for her and her students to change forms. not sure about the whole translation of stealing love or life force.

Actually, after the reveal of ocellus’ family, i kind of thought that despite what it looked like in thorax’s flashback, that the changelings aren’t all chrysalis’ children. And after the episode where fluttershy and spike go to the dragon lands, seeing amber watch the eggs, i think it’s possible chrysalis plays a similar role. As much as i love the idea of changlings being like bugs, and majority of the colony being the offspring of the queen, it doesn’t make sense for them to have evolved so quickly after her overthrowing to produce their own offpspring without a queen.

And of course, there's a school uniform!
(perhaps the new changeling society would be from students rebelling against the uniform) Chrysalis doubles down, gets fired, and then Thorax is the principle.

The Way Chrysalis is seen in MLP, she has a higher stat than others and declares herself as a superior being. So she would Probably become a principal of her own school. But the fact she changes into other people or things, it makes me think she would make more sense as either a, principal, a gardener, or even a vampire. The Vampire makes a lot of sense, but it think it might be a bit over thinking it. It would make more sense that she is a Principal, due to her superior look, and also how she is portrayed in MLP. I think there could be WAY more ideas. but I haven't thought that far.

I would think Chrysalis would be a fairy as that's how they're portrayed in lore. Also, since changlings in European folklore tend to kidnap children and replace the child with their own, like a parasitic relationship that some birds have with each other (cokoo birds for example). She could have a hive of fairies and humans raised in fey magic with shifting abilities somewhere. Maybe she can even be mascarading as an orphanage headmaster to gain love from orphaned kids to add to her power.

When I saw the thumbnail image’s Chrysalis, for some reason I thought about maybe she’s a rich lady who drains people of their savings through products that SEEM to work, but don’t really do much, let alone what they’re advertised. And what if the Changelings are her servants? I dunno, I’m not good at theories and stuff…

I really love the principal idea! I had a little story idea, too!
We have seen a lot of people using magic in the human world, so, what if Chrysalis was someone who had a lot of bugs that she raised and that she could make them into humans for things such as serving her and, collecting love¿ And one of her bugs was different from the others and did not require love¿ Then he would make them all morph into the same thing¿ Or, they could be butterflies that Chrysalis made raised to not cocoon¿

That whole vampire thing was hilarious though, and very Halloweeny, someone's ready for Spooky month and it's not just me. Although it interesting to think of Chrysalis as a principal, but that raises the question of, what kind of principle would she be if that was the case? And what would be the name of the school? It's all kinds of interesting and fun to think about, definitely much more interesting than what Fluffle Puff does with her in the human world anyway

I like the idea of Chrysalis being a scientist, It makes me think that her colony could be her various research assistants and that their magic could translate into various chemical concoctions they made that allow them to change shape!

Maybe Chrysalis runs a military school where all her students would be forced to look the same and she would take a “motherly” role where she pretends to care but if they don’t fall in line she turns on them, Kind of like our chrysalis. Maybe Chrysalis could be some sort of military officer? Celestia, Luna and Cadence are all classified as princesses in the pony world, but principals in the human, since Chrysalis is the QUEEN of her hive I think it'd make sense for her to be a sort of next step up from a school principal. That way it would also make sense for the changelings in the human world to all look the exact same, since human soldiers are all near identical.

Either way, Chrysalis is AT LEAST a principal. In Equestria, princesses become deans and principals (other than twilight because she wasn’t crowned ruler of Equestria back then) of schools. So if Chrysalis is a queen in Equestria, she has to have a leadership job, such as the CEO os CHS. That actually makes a lot of sense!

I was thinking, maybe she could run an orphanage or foster home. It seems dark in a way, but I guess a lighter take could be a boarding school principal.

A HW chrysalis? I suppose, she’d be an insect loving actor. She’s able to slip in and out of her roles quickly leaving some uncomfortable and drained feeling after seeing her do it. Thorax would be her only kid and together they’d own a few insect hives which chrysalis is very protective over

i do think queen chrysalis would be a human, considering the way the portal "translates" the equestrians to the human world inhabitants. i don't think she'd run a cult, but rather manage/own a robot factory. the "robots" are her changelings. perhaps she might just want to have a monopoly on the human world, taking it over in that sense as opposed to super evil kind of taking over.

We actually have seen her reflection, if you count when she was pretending to be cadence. We saw her look into a mirror during a song, tho I am not sure if it’d make a difference wether she was transformed or not.

They should make a new Equestria Girls series showing things similar to the pony world.

I think she would be a principal, if COULD happen. Sawtooth, if you are ‘in’ Equestria, why not just try for a couple of decades to free your queen, push her into the mirror/portal and go after her?

I like the idea others have come up with on Fimfic: that Chrysalis in that world is part of a spy company, her "children" are just her subordinates, and she's actually a very nice person (who's dating Luna, I ship it!). I've also expanded the headcanon myself to depict Thorax, Pharynx, and Ocellus as spy trainees that defected from the company and are making headway into developing their own, less brutal version of it, with help and guidance from Chrysalis herself (who I depict as their trainer and aunt rather than their mother in that world)

But I also really enjoy these headcanons you've considered! And the insect colony thing is an interesting idea as well.

Human world Chrysalis could still be a changeling, but one more like that of mythology. Her "children" could actually be represented as the ranks below her.

I love how they refer to the changelings as "us" because their OC is a changeling!

When I first saw the drawing of the humanoid version of Crysalis, my first thought was actually "Drag Queen". So...

"Drag Queen that runs a theater group"? (possibly a trans woman drag queen, if not a cis woman who none the less performs as a drag queen anyway.) And that the other members of that theater group are her figurative/"adoptive" children...

Which, could, (of course) extend into Thorax being a former student of hers that leaves and starts his own rival theater group after publicly exposing how Crysalis uses and abuses said students. (Thorax, himself being a Drag King; of course!) ^_^

I have a feeling though if Chrysalis can travel to Human World without the magic mirror, one of the changelings can change into a portal to the other world and Chrysalis can go through. You know we saw Thorax transformed to a stone.

When I was thinking about what changelings would be like in the human world, I came to the conclusion that their normal forms would be human-like but they could still change.

I'm not going to lie, I always thought that Queen Chrysalis' counterpart and Principal Cinch were one in the same. This may sound odd, but their stories share a few parallels.
Principle Cinch was an evil person, who was in charge of Crystal Prep. Once she was defeated, the role went to Cadence, who it should have belonged to all along. This is similar to how Chrysalis impersonated Cadence, and pretended to be a princess. Both did this for the same reasons; power and admiration.
In addition, when Principal Cinch's true evilness was exposed, all her students turned against her, just like all the changelings turned against Chrysalis at the end of Season 7.
Perhaps I am correct, perhaps I am not. We will never know.

Wow,Sawtooth's Making All of These Human World "What If" Characters. I Think It's Time We See What Sawtooth Looks Like As a Human. You Know What I'm Talking About...An Equestria Girls Version of Sawtooth!

Maybe she is the boss of a large company (a company that does illusions) and the rest of the changelings are employees. This would make Thorax and the rest of the reformed changelings a rival company. Like Apple and Android. IHop and Denny's. It's a simple yet interesting explanation.

I feel like Chrysalis would be like a cosplayer or a youtuber and the changelings would be her fans but this idea is a lot more interesting

I always thought her human form would be head of an adoption center and the most gifted kid there would be trained to take over for her.

I thought that instead of vampires, you were gonna say a fashion mogul, who has a bad habit of trying to change others to follow HER look/fashion, leaving no unique, individual style. Just identical looking 'drones', while draining them of their own creativity and making tons of money or something similar.

I think she would be a gang leader, thorax and two or three other changelings (including thoraxes brother) are her children. Thorax becomes a cop and organizes a rehab for all the gang members, making them good people again.

Simple, You know if someone gets tooken over by Equestrian Magic? Yeah. I imagine Chrysalis has been tooken over by Equestrian Magic, giving her great abilities.

I would see them as a cult leader (with the school angle it could be an exclusive high school/college that has an exclusive community around it with the new students being considered "reborn" as children and members of the group (maybe even have them have an obsession with the concept of love and the power it has (with Chrysalis bathing in the love of the cults members (with the thorax point it would likely be that they were exposed to someone outside of them and she was kicked out of her cult as thorax made the cult closer to normal society but some member of it followed there leader when they were kicked out)

I feel like she would be a cult leader. Lots of cults see their leader as "The creator" aka. parent, so, though she wouldn't necessarily have biological children, she'd have multiple that consider her their mother. She could be the leader to a cult like Scientology was, controlling even important figures, which could be symbolic for the transformation into others. Lots of cults have the idea that the leader is the center of everything, too, so it'd make sense for them to feed on "love"

I thought Sawtooth was gonna say she was a Skin-walker, since they can shapeshift into any animal and possess their powers if they wear their skin.

I like the theory she is a mob boss and the changelings are just what she called her mob. That way everyone can still exist but she enforces the rule they must all look the same.

Idea: Chrysalis is a historical figure that students in modern times learn about. Perhaps dictator from hundreds or maybe thousands of years ago,something akin to Julius Caesar or Genghis Khan or maybe even the historical bloody Mary in their world.

Oh I love the principal stuff.
She’s protective over her students and is an old school like principal.
She refuses to change her way. She hates changement.
Until one of the old students fire her or something and replace it completely, maybe also some stuff that could’ve stayed.
The school could then try to act exactly like Celestial’s school as a parallel.

Oh and to explain the similarity in design for the human changeling, maybe dress code and uniforms?
Like that, it could translate the parallel of her being their mother : they’re a direct byproduct of the way she teaches

I would think that Crysalis is the head of an orphanage, having her own two sons she wanted to spread more love to others. So she takes in all the orphans and raises them until someone adopts them or they feel the need to finally “leave the nest”. Nothing says human Crysalis needs to be evil, our Crysalis needs love to feed, but what if human Crysalis needs love to feel satisfied with her life? Leaving her to help raise kids

My theory or my thoughts on human chrysalis is that she's actually 1k+ years old ancient lady who controls Cicadas like vampires and treating them like children for centuries. Or something like that. But she controls cicadas.

I think if Chrysalis did have a human counterpart she'd be a social chameleon. For anyone who don't know what that is a social chameleon is a person whose personality changes to fit any social environment.

Chrysalis is a magical creature and she could enter the human world, like the Sirens, through a portal. If she hadn't been turned to stone, he could possibly have used the portal and tried to take over the human world. And that would be cool!

Ironically my theory is that she's a wedding planner. And with time she has become envious of all that sweet sappy love.

I'm no longer convinced of Chrysalis being the mother of all changelings after seeing Ocellus with parents of her own at the age she's at - although, to be fair, she might have been adopted, along with all other young changelings that remained after the usurpation, and the mother of all theory could still work.

Still, her being the mother of only some would explain the more unusual changelings (Thorax and Pharynx) being siblings - being descended directly from the queen makes you a bit different. It would also lend additional weight to just how betrayed and angry she felt at Thorax, and Pharynx clinging to the old ways.

Haven't even seen the video yet but I'm imagining her like a super villain but like the way Doctor Doom is a super villain. He has a dictatorship where all his citizens like him, adore him even. Everyone outside the country hates him because, I mean he's a super villain, but is subjects are loyal and adoring and he has free reign to do whatever he wants in his own country.

I had the idea that maybe Crysalis ran a match making company and her hive were people she hired. Maybe she calls them her “hive” as a nickname.

she could, by accident, discover portal and magic in her insect research lab, when the starlight of the pony world was visiting other schools for research, and then Crisalis realized in a way that maybe an imported machine, about magic when she was trying to see an insect's aura (a theory of hers) and then discovered these spells, and became obsessed with it, discovering her form in the ponies world in the process (before she was turned to stone) because they have a bond For some reason, Chrysalis of the Human World multiplied the magic of Chrysalis of the Pony World, turning her into a mixture of the Pony World and the Human World (i.e. she would have Pony World powers), and so did her children and students. I have a big important question:
If every mega city is just a high school in humans world, would that mean all of thousands of ponies have a human counterpart? Because i don't think we have that many people in CHS do we?
Plus we get characters that don't seem to Exist in Equestria. Like does gloriousa has a pony counterpart?

I wasn’t too sure about the vampire theory but I can see it happening and I like the part where Fluttershy gets turned into flutter bat. Kinda like how something goes wrong in lab rather than becoming a super hero she’s a bat

I kinda think Crysalis is the plastic surgeon as she can use her skill to change herself or other teens, especially criminals. She still can be the queen in this field as she can help people get away with their crime and use them as minions. Moreover, perhaps people can get more love when they become more beautiful too.

I dont think the creaters of Equastia world thought about each species transforming.

Spike turned into a dog but there are already dogs in both worlds. I still think dragons should of been humans or reptiles.

I think maybe, if there even is a human Chrysalis she'd be maybe a literal queen from a different country. It'd wouldn't really fit with her abilities or with most of her qualities, but neither do Celestia and Luna, so I think it's possible :3

You have to squint a bit harder to make this one work. I think the bigger question is how much variance can there be in personalities between worlds? Twilight shared some similarities in personality between worlds, but certainly not a 1:1 match. If there can be a greater variance in personality and goals, then maybe Crysalis is more or less normal in the human world. Maybe she has an affinity for insects and a temper problem, but there may not be a deeper dive than that.

Sounds plausible, but I think she would be a very... hm, how do I say this... LOVELY woman who spends a lot of time ensnaring people with her looks and body. A prostitude basically. This would explain a LOT: Why she would have so many children, how she would suck love out of people, why she would be such a manipulator and trickster, and all that! I imagine Thorax would be one of her sons who wouldn`t approve of how the family is run with her in charge, and so he would seperate himself from her.

Sawtooth Waves, I have a new theory for you, We know that there is a princess celestia in the human world and pony world but princess celestia from the pony world is almost immortal but is the human world one too ? We saw princess celestia in clips which date back thousands of years but the princess celestia in the other world is immortal or not? This will create an unbalance in both worlds. How does the balance work for princesses. Please cover this and I have one more thing, I think it is unfair that pony celestia rules a large and successful country while principal celestia is the head of a school. They should have made principal celestia an president . One more thing. The events of friendship games take place after the coming of the crystal empire and we know princess cadance is the head/ruler of that empire but in the human world, dean cadence is only a dean and not the principle even though her counterpart is the prime ruler of the empire. Her “life” is her children, even though she doesn’t admit, it can be seen that she loves them in some way. I feel like she would be the “mother” of orphanage but cause she’s not very good she would probably try to raise kids to think just like her. That would make them her own “colony” that agrees with her on values and all that stuff. But cause you know, she is not a very good person, others would try to take her down just like in the pony world. But she would try to regain her power cause she “loves” her kids

Personally an idea that I find quite funny interesting and thematic would be if Chrysalis were an AI and she controlled a swarm of nano machines that the inventor called the Change or the Swarm. I like this idea since artificial intelligence is both in media and reality do not have a very solid grasp on the concept of love or human emotions in general.

Alternatively for the school idea I am picturing something like the high school from kill la kill except it's Ragyō running the school and 99% of the school buddy is made up of individuals who look like they are one star uniform bearers.

I always felt that Cryisalis was a lot like principal cinch all her students agreed with her until they found a better way but still stay in the hive just with a new leader she controlled Sci twi for her reputation to have her students have as much as they wanted also I feel like Cadence and Cryisalis are tied together and Cadence started running the school instead of Cinch . And the other thing I could think of is her being a plastic surgeon changing the way people look maybe even doing it how she wanted given who controlling ur mom is lol 🤣 one day you need to make a video on all things changling and you being in the hive

i think that she would be an actress, taking the form of different characters. and the other changelings would be her fans and idolize her so she would still be some sort of "queen".

I do remember reading that one fanfiction one time. The Changelings is just a mafia group and are experts on providing their clients forged identity documents and something similar.

I mean, there are some big families in our world. And there were cases of a mother giving birth to triplets and more. So what if Chrysalis is just one of those overworked moms who have way to many children because they for some reason don't believe in save adult fun time? It would give the human world a bit of a darker realistic twist but still would reference the Changeling hive. It would also kind of parallel the og Chrysalis from a story pov. Sometimes overworked moms are forced to give their children away or have to go to clinics due to mental comditions like depression and/or addiction. The story in mymond would go something like this:
In the human world, Chrysalis could be a young mom, maybe even a teen mom. A couple of years after she had her forst sons, Thorax and his brother, she gave birth to a number of other children because of her believes (maybe she's a strict catholic) that she is meant to have a lot of children. But becong a mother at an age so young, she couldn't handle it. Thus, she fell victim to alcohol addiction. Drinking her worries away to be able to cope with all the pressure a mom of multiple kids has. This is not hidden for long and so Chrysalis has to go to a clinic to cure. Her son Thorax is meanwhile taking care of his siblings while their mom recovers.

I am aware that this might a tad to dark for Equestria Girls, but isn't that what we theorists do? Uncovering some might be hidden lore behind the stories we are given?

Wasn't there an idea to show Chrysalis as the leader of a biker gang with the changelings being the other bikers? I have heard of this idea somewhere, but I can't remember where. Could've been a funny scene to show her being followed by well over a hundred identical looking thugs on bikes, causing chaos wherever they are.

I always thought that Principal Cinch was actually human Crysalis 😅🤷‍♂️ think about it in this way: she used to "control" her students, so they could win and even "steal" (remember Sci-Twi). Also, I related Cinch-Crysalis because their relation with Cadence. In human world, Cinch is the boss of Cadence, while in Equestria Crysalis made prisoner to her. Shining Armor for example, in Equestria was dominated by Crysalis, and in human world he looks like he was very controled during his scholar life in Crystal Prep. Idk, is just a theory...

We know Princess Celestia was a ruler and she translated to ruling a school instead, so it makes sense that Chrysalis would be similar.
I like that idea of her students being her subjects. Instead of changing forms she could dress up like her students. To control them like her hive she could spread rumors or just be a strict principal, making it so that her students follow her beliefs and rules.
OH, and for the reformed changelings, maybe Thorax tries to become the new principal, gains favor from the students, and ends up replacing Chrysalis and making the school a happier place.

Chrysalis could be a celebrity who gets a hold of Equestrian Magic to use in an evil scheme. Maybe she's been loosing popularity, so she uses her new magic to transform into other celebrities to ruin their reputation. She could even gain power as fans worship her. Would make for an interesting plot for a potential special.

She could be a skinwalker, a witch who can use the skin of any corpse to transform into the species of said corpse... be it other humans, wolves, rabbits, insects, or otherwise. They can also possess creatures of all kinds to do their bidding. If Chrysalis IS a skinwalker in the human world, it's likely that changelings are a variety of animals and people working for her, possibly granted the ability to shapeshift as well.

My other idea is that Chrysalis is a fairy. After doing some research I found that some fairies in folklore had different ranges of shapeshifting abilities, from size shifting to illusions and even full fledged shapeshifting. And get this... there is a deformed species of human-fairy hybrids which are known as CHANGELINGS!!! If Chrysalis IS a fairy then not only can all the changelings be her children, but they ultimately STAY CHANGELINGS! The only problem is that there's no evidence towards these changelings being able to shapeshift, but I might not have looked hard enough... or maybe human world changelings just CANT shapeshift.

What if: Chrysalis is a gang leader and the Changelings are the other gang members? And Thorax becomes the gang leader?

I think the idea of chrysalis being a social media influencer with a bunch of followers as her changelings(like some of the comments mentioned) is good but I feel like for MLP, they would make her the principal of a school like Sawtooth said at the end. It makes sense for the students to be her changelings since all of them will “look” the same with wearing the same uniform. I think if she were to run a school, it would be some type of boarding school that also mandates uniforms. Then maybe the transition into Thorax's leadership would involve some type of fight (maybe not a physical one, maybe a lawsuit to parallel the thoughtfulness in the scheme to get through the hive in To Where And Back Again) which ends up with Thorax getting ownership of the school and changing it to be one of those more unique schools, like a private school of some sort. Also, the uniforms would be abolished since reformed changelings no longer look exactly the same.

EDIT: As for their ability to transform and such, maybe the school has a really good theatre/special effects program that the students are really good with which gets them to look like other people in a convincing way.

What if Chrysalis was at the head of an orphanage ? The Changelings could be the orphans and Chrysalis could be their "adoptive mother" by leading the school and sort of educating them and controlling their lives.
Besides, it would fit her rivalry with the Royal Sisters in Equestria : being the head of the orphanage is quite like being the headmaster of a school but not exactly. Like in Equestria : she's not a princess but a queen and lives with her "children". Celestia and Luna take care of their subjects, but they are not their children. And Chrysalis would do anything to protect her children. She would maybe try to take the head of Canterlot High School because she does not agree with the Sisters' way to educate or simply to have more influence and children ?
And she would hate if Twilight went to close her orphanage ? She would be, like in the show, alone.

Using the ideas of others, I think that maybe Queen C could be the leader of a pyramid scheme, and they sell beauty and makeup related things (that’s how the change factor of the changlings is channelled into the human world). The changlings could think that they need the makeup and stuff to be whole, but then human thorax gets enlightened and teaches everyone that they don’t need the makeup all the time, and that you can use it for good (like how sometimes they change to help others) I get that it’s messy but that’s just my take, and if u want then u can add your ideas as well!

If she was a villain in the human world, I'd like to see her at the head of an important corporation that can basically do whatever it wants to it's employees (Like a Hive).

Her motives would obviously be for her company to rise above everything. For the changing part well, in the great world of companies' leaders and politics, hypocrisy and the ability to easily like is very much needed.
Human Chrysalis wouldn't be able to change her physical appearence, but she'd be able to switch her behaviour to basically get what she wants.

Even though the equestrian twilight has lots of power the human twilight has no magic at all (until she met the human main 6). This would be the same with chrysalis meaning her powers would be reflected in her personality instead of her being a vampire or something. People have said she'd be an actor or mob boss, I think she'd be a mix of both. I think she'd be a con artist meaning she changes her look and steals money instead of love. Her clone army would be her army of thieves that all look the same because they are all wearing ninja masks or something.

My ideas of Human!Chrysalis is best summarized by the some "Man-eater" by Hall and Oats. A beautiful woman that manipulates men to buy her expensive things and pricey vacations without actually providing anything in return. Other than Non-TVY7 activities at least.

The shape shifting can be represented by her adapting her fashion choices and personality traits in order to make her more appealing to her target. And when the man gets wise to her game, runs out of money, or foolishly gives her control of his bank account? She packs up and moves on to her next target.

If you want to go dark, she could be a black widow: Marry rich man, stay long enough to get into the will, murder him (or file for a crippling divorce), find a new rich bachelor to target.

Theory: What if human Crysalis was like Tsumugi shirogane from Danganronpa, A cosplayer that is so good at cosplaying she could literally pose as anyone and she try's to take over Celestia's school And she is really into bugs Because she can mind control them with a special potion designed in her lab (Mixing with the doctor theory)

I'd like that very much if Chrisalys was a principle of her own school but here's what I actually think...

The only beings we've seen human counterparts of are ponies and Spike. The exceptions we've seen so far are Chrisalys and her swarm (both forms), the hippogryphs, griffins, sirens, dracanequese (Discord's kind ya know😅), Sombra, that goat guy and etc.
These guys' entire lives are based on magic and without it they either cease to exist or be weak beings without much to feed on. The perfect example for it is the Dazzlings. They have been in the human world for a long long time and life for them was pretty hard. While the mane 6 were purifying Sunset, one of them felt the source of magic and instead of saying it's magic, she said Equestrian magic. It's like, that's the only thing that guves them actual power and it's shown at the end of the movie when their transformation is triggered.
The human world may have magic of it's own or once had, lost to how humanity progressed in technology and they saw no need for magic. Maybe those being (mentioned above) existed but died out after the use of magic got less and less.
See how from a temporal aspect the two places differ. Ponies rely on magic a lot. Who needs an email when you have a horn or a dragon? And see that in the G5 trailer there's no magic and ponies made some progressions through technology.

i have this Theory that chrysalis is working in an adoption center. she could stille be like their "Mother" just in a different way. But she goes crazy when the "kids" are misbehaving... or she wants to always be their "Mother" so even when the kids turn 18 she doesnt let them go and is manipulating the kids. she wants their love just like a real mother. and the kids want love from a parent thats why her system works. i think that could work with her pony counter part

This might seem simple , but I think chrysalis is like a principal, and the changlings would most likely be students

0:27 that is not canon in any way shape or form. Just because they are a bug type doesn't mean the hive needed to be spawned from the queen and other then us seeing her interact with a bunch of hatchlings in a brief flash back there is no evidence of Chrysalis ever having children of her own.

I feel the symbolic family is perhaps the best way to handle things here, but rather than a school principle with the students as her children, I prefer her as a mob boss where she's head of the criminal family. Probably has a few biological kids of her own, but most of her "children" are just people accepted into her organized crime syndicate. The transformation abilities of a changeling in this case would be a symbolic one as well: she ensures she has good publicity, appearing to be an upstanding member of society while beneath the surface she is a ruthless criminal.

Not everything in the human world has to be 100% accurate to the pony world. For example, human twilight used to study at crystal prep whereas pony twlight lived in canterlot

What if she ruled a KINGDOM? And the changlings are her subjects. But she Is greedy of that power and makes them bribe others with riches or looks? I honestly think that would make a lot of since! We haven't seen her cause she is ruling a different country!

I think human Chrysalis would impersonate, pretending to be a loved/liked person in front of a fan/fans. There would be enough love for Chrysalis to contain. Then she would say something cruel to the fan/fans, turning them upset, draining their love(kinda). But, like Chrysalis in Season 9, the fans would turn against the actual person, causing chaos, as evil as Chryslais is. Since Midnight Sparkle destroyed(you know what I mean) the portal between both worlds, then there probably would be equestrian magic that corrupted Chrysalis, and so she acts like equestrian Chrysalis. But then when she enters Canterlot High and drains everyones love the Mane 7 turn her into stone or try reform her.

Queen Chrysalis could be an dictator of her country/school where she rules it Darth Vadar style , or an very innocent one, she could work in an orphanage or hospital as a nurse/matron/caretaker and show her "motherly love" which is not plausible but it would help chrysalis redeem herself...

Ocellus's parents were able to give to her and her little siblings because neither her mom nor her dad are the offsprings of chrysalis. but that is also believing that pharynx wouldn't one of the chrysalis's offsprings in the nursery hive itself. human world Crysalis witch her own school sounds pretty probable. I could see her knowing magic exists and trying to get her hands on it for the longest time. I could see Pharynx and Thorax being her children. Maybe Crysalis gets a hold of magic at some point and uses it on the students to be able to make them change form. After this, thorax runs away, and comes across the mane six and sunset shimmer; a whole wacky adventure happens with the group and he starts going to canterlot high school, but at the very end of the episode he opens up to them about what is happening with crysalis. Or maybe a few things pop up here and there and he tries to hide it, before he decides its best to tell them.

In my opinion I feel like Crysalis might not run a school and might be a tiny bit different to the Crysalis in Equestria. Hear me out, pony Twilight and human Twilight ate a bit different. Human twilight decides to straight up use this necklace, amulet whatever you wanna call it, and steals magic from the main 7 (or most of them). Sure she didn't seem like she wanted to do that but the fact she listened to the princable in the first place and unleashed the magic seems a bit off. Would out pony Twilight really want to unleash some magic and turn herself evil without knowing it? Sure she has made some mistakes but I'm pretty sure Twilight wouldn't make a necklace thing designed to steal magic. In the pony world she has some of her own magic so what's the point? However, it is true that these worlds are very different. I feel like 'human' Crysalis would be evil, like Equestria's Crysalis but I don't think she would be the same. She might not even have a 'colony' for all we know.

To expand on Chryalis being a cosplayer.. Perhaps Thorax exposes her for stealing cosplay materials from others, despite claiming to be custom-made. Almost a sub-community who doesn't want to be with the main. (Think furries or bronies.)

Something to keep in mind with the human world is that the pony world's events and powers don't translate to the human world. There are enough substantial differences between the worlds that most events in one never happened in the other, and while most relationships are largely the same overall, the details have shifted dramatically. So while the pony world's Chrysalis has tried to take over Equestria, the human world version likely never would have tried, and while she likely maintains a position of authority over her hive here, she most likely doesn't possess any traits that reflect her pony powers without Equestrian magic affecting her.

If The Human Queen Chrysalis was a principal she most likely was a very bad, manipulative principal. She was most likely feared by the students. Maybe it was so bad that it got so many complaints and the school was shut down. Or maybe that school was Canterlot High. We don’t know who the founders of Canterlot High are but The Human Queen Chrysalis could’ve been the founder and the former principal of the school. When the school got so many complaints The Human Chrysalis got fired and they got new principals.
If it was Canterlot High I doubt that Chrysalis would’ve called it Canterlot High she most likely would’ve called Chrysalis High or Changeling High. The new principals probably changed the name.
Maybe it even had the same students. Maybe that’s why no one except Twilight stood up to Sunset Shimmer. Because Sunset reminded them of Chrysalis.

But having her be a principal of perhaps a private school where she has all her students wear the same uniform and have to have specific regulation haircuts and colors to keep everyone the same. No self expression, everyone has to be the same. Thorax could be a teacher who instils a bit of rebellion in his students by letting them relax in his class room with their own styles.

You wonder if it has to do with the black, gray, and green color palette of all the classrooms and dorms, but you meet the Head Mistress, Chrysalis. Every student in the hallway walks up to her and waves smiling the hardest you've seen try to someone smile. As soon as they have gone out of Head Mistress Chrysalis's sight, you see them relax and put their head down once again. Then Chrysalis takes you into her office to show you how the school runs and get your class schedule. At that moment, you realize it's already too late.

I'm totally stealing the vampire idea for my fanfiction. My character is a niece of Sunset Shimmer, who heard stories of a mysterious aunt disappearing long before my character, Sweet Breeze, was born. I've written one story where Sweet Breeze goes through the mirror portal and meets her Aunt Sunset in Canterlot High. Now, you might be thinking "but Sunset Shimmer is still a teenager, it wouldn't make sense for her to have a teenage niece in Equestria,". Well, my theory for that is that time in Equestria moves faster than time in the human realm. Sunset is a junior and has been in the human realm for two of their years, but in Equestria, 19 years have passed. A human year is 9 1/2 Equestrian years. This storyline of vampires in the human realm could give Sweet Breeze the potential for more interaction with a long-lost relative she just met. Because of what looks like a small age difference, Sunset and Sweet Breeze tell their human world friends that they're sisters. What do you think?

I personally like to think that the human world Queen Chrysalis follows suit with the human world Filthy Rich. In that she behaves in an opposite manner.
My personal theory that Queen Chrysalis is the math teacher at CPA, one of the few teachers that were openly warm to their students, and absolutely despised Principal Cinch for turning the school and students she loves into heartless beasts. She would also be best friends with Cadence and good friends with and a mentor to Twilight.

Commander Christalis has her radical views and she creates an army of soldiers, politicians and anyone who agrees with her radical views. They try to take over the government, but they fail, either politically or by the human army. Later, they try again, but than, one soldier has a better idea. He shows the others that these radical views are wrong. So most of them see it and start a normal life.
Maybe one of them is reading it right now and asking the question "Who is this RainbowMoon and how did they figure out my past?"
