Witmark & Sons - ASCAP).The album features songs ranging from their own psychedelic "Slip Inside this House" to a psychedelic version of Bob Dylan's cover of "It's All Over Now, Baby Blue." "Levitation", which was also released as a single, ranks among the band's famous songs. As on the previous album, Tommy Hall's electric jug is prominent in music. The album was met with lukewarm reviews after its initial release, and a review in Billboard Magazine wrote "call it intellectual rock or call it the musical flights of fancy, except for melodies that sound almost like each other, this group is inventive over it all."

The original stereo blend of Easter Everywhere from 1967 has never been officially reissued, despite claims from various record labels since its original release. It is believed that the main strips are missing (or presumed destroyed). International Artists was revived by Lelan Rogers in the late 1970s, who reissued Easter everywhere along with the label's entire LP catalogue in 1979, debuting reprocessed stereo blends with added phasing-in effects. The album was reissued on vinyl in 1988 and first on CD in 1991 Charly Records UK under the decal print, using similar phase stereo mixes.

After a lawsuit filed by Roky Erickson's family against Lelan Rogers in 1993 for unpaid royalties, Charly Records bought a licensing for the entire catalogue of international artists from Rogers in 1995, which included Easter Everywhere. In 2009, the original version (obtained from vinyl) and the original stereo version were released as part of the Sign Of The 3-Eyed Men box set. In 2010, Charly Records re-released the limited edition CD album with the album "Fire In My Bones", originally released in 1985 on the album outtakes of the same name. The album was re-released on vinyl in 2012 as part of the box set Music Of The Spheres, which Charly Records advertised as "mastered from the original source of the tape..........Ladislav&Zivanovic-...
