On Monday I was informed there was a positive case of Covid at my older kid's school. As such the facility is closed for 2 weeks and the children are doing digital distance learning at home. Needless to say I've had my hands full trying to get an ADD kid to sit still on computers and tablets to follow school instructions and do the work assigned. -__-;; Upside if my kid is still willing my Mother In Law is going to take her to her house for a few days next week to work with her which would be a big help. Little fox's sleep flopped on me. She naps during the day but wants to be awake at night. I haven't had a proper night's sleep in a long time. This culminated in me getting a migraine yesterday evening due to sleep deprivation. While I do have family able to help out some evenings and afternoons with the kids it doesn't help me at night. ( And when I'm exhausted with headaches there's no way in heck I can focus to be in my office to record or edit anything.) At 4-5 months sleep training is difficult and doctors do not recommend trying "Cry It Out" until well after 6 months when a baby is better equipped to self soothe. There's still work being done on my house. The kitchen is ALMOST done but my laundry room and bathroom now need repairs. We had a bad couple of storms that got to the plumbing so leaks wrecked the laundry room floor and a wall and trashed the bathroom sink. (My house is over 20 years old and the builder was very cheap when his team built it I learned the hard way.) There's also roofing issues as a couple of other rooms have leaks when it storms now (THANK SKY DADDY IT'S NOT THE OFFICE). I'm going batshit I really am. And there's a possibility I may have to go back to the hospital. My GP is watching it but I've had leg and chest pains. All are possible signs of another pulmonary embolism ( blood clot that goes to the lungs). Please pray it's nothing serious as I'd rather not go through that again.

In lighter news it's Pop's birthday tomorrow so the family is doing something nice for him. He turns 65 so while he doesn't plan on retiring yet we're still giving him a nice celebration within the limits. But that may mean I have to delay the Ruby Halloween Livestrean party.
