If you've spent time online recently and you're interested in travel content, you might've seen a lot of videos criticizing Dubai. Notably, the viral video "Dubai is a Parody of the 21st Century" by Adam Something has made a lot of people more conscious of the issues in Dubai regarding both city planning and human rights. A few weeks ago I went to Dubai with a friend for the first time to see how bad it really is. This video is my comprehensive Dubai city review. I've talked to locals, expats and immigrants. I've visited both the luxury hotels and the forgotten districts off the beaten path. This video is my best recollection of thoughts and impressions of Dubai from my experience.
