Recently I saw a Reddit post on r/UrbanHell about the fact that in the Russian city of St. Petersburg there is an apartment building that apparently houses about 18000 people in a single building and also has over 3700 flats. I decided to go there to check it out for myself. In today's video we'll be going on a tour of Kudrovo - a small town located close to St. Petersburg which a lot of people like to claim is a "future ghetto" and is rather dystopian.
