Index Index '/Black Label Album' 1967Full Album///+Dva sveta grala psihodelije (od 1967.-1968.), zajedno s diskom nedavno otkrivenog neobučenog materijala, sve s izvornih traka! Two sacred grails of psychedelia (1967-1968), along with a disc of recently discovered untrained material, all from the original tapes! In the mid-1960s, Detroit Michigan was a thriving industrial city. It was on the edge of a cliff, however. The great ethnic diversity in the inner city was a barrel of gunpowder of civil distress. This, along with a disillusioned population struggling to make any sense of the questionable war in Viet Nam’s rice paddies, set an uncomfortable and worrying pace for the future. Still, there were pockets of communities in the Detroit area where things were good and economic life was alive. Grosse Pointes were such communities. It was in the suburbs of this political and racially tense era, in the sparse suburbs just outside the city of Detroit, that the Index was formed. Index’s music has been captivated by musical heads for decades, and with good reason: it’s bizarre, atmospheric, and “homey” (in the best of all possible ways); the band has a druggie sound, with songs full of feedback and fuzzy guitars, foggy guitar riffs and loud rhythms. Hidden among the resounding canyons of sound there is some snotty post-punk attitude wrapped in that trippy velvet fuzz; a beautiful gloomy sound, both droning and the murky atonal side of late 1960's rock that would leave the most lasting impression on those who would eventually become punk, post-punk and indie rock artists like Joy Division or Fall. It includes a 32-page book, written by index drummer Jim Valice, detailing the band’s rock and roll adventures, completing photos and lyrics; printed on FSC recycled, chlorine-free, 100% post-consumer fiber paper produced using biogas energy.*//+//+///+I have no copyright or copyright for this D.V.D.Album, unless the administration, you tube considers that I have violated the copyright will be deleted and removed from my channel, my respect and thank you!!!/+
