Our Town was a communist city-state founded in Northern Equestria, with their own spin on the ideology. Traditionally, Communism on Equus features "Equality" to ponies or whatever is inhabiting the area, except, they keep their cutie marks, Cutie Marks, however, are much different, in Equestria, they're often something sparkly and sweet, in the Hybrid Union, they're usually more gray, such as radishes, or tools. In Our Town, however, cutie marks were removed completely, for what Starlight Glimmer, the founder thought was true equality. Starlight Glimmer was quickly reformed, however, she is still a communist, but not as hardcore.
