Hey guys.

On March 5th, 2015, I received an anonymous call on Skype. I didn't recognize the name, and I didn't remember giving my Skype to anybody recently. It is public though, so I figured either someone wanted to add me, or it was just a spambot thing. I accepted the contact request, because I figured I could just remove them if they're just spamming. Moments after I accepted the request, I received a Skype call. Typically, I don't even answer to my friends, unless they explain why they need to call instead of use text. I was prepared for either someone to want to talk to me, or for it to be some sort of automated message or something.

It wasn't.

"Heyy." I greeted them as my usual self. (Close friends know I am either extremely awkward or the greatest person ever in Skype calls.) A young girl, who sounded to be sobbing, began to speak. I could tell by her voice that she was holding back tears. "Your videos helped save a life today." My jaw nearly dropped. This wasn't a spambot. This was a real person, who knew /who/ I was. They knew I make videos. Before I could speak up, she continued. "I almost did it. Tonight I planned to. End it. I've been following you for a long time and today I saw Say Something. After I watched it, I started crying. My mom heard me and came into my room. My mom found me crying. She's taking me to get help."

Before I could speak, before I could even process this. I heard what sounded like background chatter on her end, and the call briefly ended. Moments later, it said she was no longer in my contacts. She had removed me.

I'm still in shock after what happened. I don't know how to process this. I don't know how to feel about it.

Ms, wherever you are, whoever you are, I hope you're okay. I hope you stay strong, and I want you to know people care about you. People love you. Please don't give up. It gets better. I promise.
