Basically, we got two conspiracy theorist on opposite sides of the political spectrum that can both find common ground in the fact that they both believe that we are living in a Simulated reality created by a higher being. Both of them fully believe that everything happening in this series is 100% real, but everyone else in the series is acting and is totally in on the joke.
