Can't wait to release my next one and send the winner their prize** I created this little puzzle to share with my friends and decided to post it. Yes there is a answer, and yes I will send the first person a measly $100. It's not terribly difficult, but should provide some entertainment in those who like puzzles, ciphers and code.
