Just like any other country, Russia has it's fair share of bad and good neighborhoods. Over the years I've been hearing a lot about a hood called Murino: a district located on the outskirts of the Russian city of St. Petersburg, described by many Russian YouTubers as "the worst district" and "the worst hood" of Saint Petersburg or Russia as a whole.
