[FNF] Hat Kid Sings Expurgation (+UST)

Description YT

MIDI was edited in OpenUTAU, then rendered and fixed in UTAU.
Resampler was borrowed from OpenUTAU.

I gave my best attempt at gameplay for Expurgation, so there's a few misses here and there. ^^;

(Audio was rendered without miss and static sounds.)
