Tom plays as Officer Slate, an enthusiastic but reckless cop struggling to get by after a rocky breakup with his fillyfriend of two episodes. Right beside him is Detective Herb Bloomberg, a new rookie fresh out of Appleoosa now facing the task of not only upholding the law, but keeping Slate from going to pieces on the job. Commissioner Rainbow Dash barely keeps it together with his sprinkles and is looking to take Slates badge with one more slip up.
