“Green Isn’t Your Color” is the 20th episode of the 1st season of the animated series, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Written by Meghan McCarthy, it first aired on The Hub on March 18th, 2011.
In the episode, Rarity is excited about the visit of Photo Finish, who takes notable photos in the world of fashion. But, instead of taking a love to Rarity’s dresses, she hires Fluttershy to model for her. Rarity is jealous, but won’t say so, and Fluttershy doesn’t want to do it, but won’t say so either!
Photo Finish, voiced by Tabitha St. Germain, would appear off and on in the background in the series later on.
The song is closely based on Kraftwerk, Das Model, played by Dandelion The Musical Ass.
