There is a day every year, when Zecora get's a bit sentimental.
She sits calmly and watches as the sun sets.
She starts to play a sad tune, yet feeling very happy inside.
It's just something special about her feelings this evening.
Today is the day of the year, when she longs for her home the most, home to her place. To those who looks like her, who thinks like her.
To the small village of huts, surrounded by land of tall grass.
Her native language is as different as the stripes on her coat.
Her herd of her own kind is far away, the zebras in the deepest of the Everfree.
She remember the day so clear, when she first meet the young Luna.
Even before she got crowned princess of Equestria (source: The Journal of the two sisters)
One day she will return, she knows that for sure, she closes her eyes and plays along the sad mellow tune.
The amulet she wears around her neck carries a secret. A secret that only she knows about, one day, maybe one day ....
