Today I am going to show you an intriguing build of Windows 10 — and it's not Windows 10X. It's the build 18946 dating way back to the July of 2019. It looks like Microsoft had already been preparing for a major redesign of the UI back then, accidentally pushing it to the Fast Ring insiders.
