Prelude to Shadows is described as a "short instrumental," so I tried to keep it of that nature, and it came out rather quickly. The fic also mentioned "dischordant" sounds, so there are some diminished chords thrown into the melody. I don't know if I lived up to the bit that made Lyra got paranoid and scared, since it's a little gentle for that, but I tried my best there.
