The Segoe UI font is missing so it is substituted with the original “System” font from Windows 3.0 era. In some areas the text is blank.

you can open Internet Explorer using Run command just by typing "iexplore" (without quotes) and open Microsoft Edge by typing "msedge".you don't need to type all of the address through the apps.

one time I got a bug in Windows 10 on my slow computer where there was no default system font. Only modern app fonts. So nothing had text other than the search box.

If that happens touch control + alt + delete on your keyboard at the same time then choose all the bottom there will be a box then choose that then it opens task manager look for "explorer.exe" then choose restart it and it's done i think.... It maybe can't work because i didn't test it yet
