The allergy thing sucks believe me for all my life the sun has never given problems but now I'm 28 and for the the past year or two whenever I go out in the sun I start itching like crazy and I've had to take allergy medicine everyday and whenever I got outside to cut the grass I have to wear long sleeve shirts also I'd love to see you do a shego asmr and I'm not sure if you've played it or heard of it I'd love to see you do an asmr of muffet from the video game undertale I would really like to see your take on her hope you get to feeling better soon.

From what I've seen lately youtube is more focus on taking down poltical stuff lately (mainly stuff about trump or incels) so I think you'll be safe doing more adult stuff as long as you're smart about it (ie age restricting it yourself and putting something like "18+" in the thumbnail)
One thing you could do for your vids is have it set for a way where it's all pretty much sfw and at some point you cut it off where it seems like it would end naturally then it would continue to the NSFW portion of it if that makes any sense no plot details would be locked out the NSFW would just be like I guess a bonus to those on patreon.
More Adult content is cool, but it not safe on youtube. Maybe you can make "safe" version as a regular video and link to "naughty" version in bio? Just don't make naughty version public on youtube will not give you strike?
