Hi Kitti! I'm sorry to hear about your problems with Youtube, I think we all know it can be kind of crap sometimes. I don't know what could be causing this specifically but on the off chance this comment can be even remotely helpful I'd like to let you know that as a somewhat newer viewer, I'm still receiving notifications and your videos do show up in my subscription feed. As for what kind of characters I like, I tend to prefer the variety that comes with monster girls and the "dommy mommy" types. I like most asmr triggers but I have a preference for mouth sounds which are obviously already well represented on this channel. Perhaps a poll might be a good idea if you think you'd get enough responses to consolidate the results? I hope any of that was helpful to you, and I'd like to thank you for all of your hard work and wish you well with your youtube issues and your pregnancy. I don't think your channel is dead at all, and I think the thing to do will be to push through this; you've been doing this for years and people who have been doing it for even longer have been through this type of situation. Old characters with new and old triggers is what I would be looking for and I watch whenever I see your video's but I think the algorithm is suppressing your channel, but either way please keep trying don't let the channel die. You are 1 of my top 3 asmr artists and as an insomniac I rely on asmr to get to sleep.

Been watching for years now. I think YouTube itself is the biggest issue, unfortunately. Every so often they seem to come down hard on asmr/audio roleplay channels for who knows what reason. I can’t imagine creating a new channel will make things much better, if at all.

For my opinion as a listener of your asmr for years I would say your work is very nice and calming I relax a lot to your vids and the story's and characters of yours and sadly I don't think I can offer to much info on what to change or new stuff to do but I hope that you can overcome this hard time in YouTube

I think the biggest factor at play, unfortunately, is YouTube itself. They seem to be very keen on indiscriminately cracking down on asmr content more and more. From what I can tell, you've probably had a better experience (not to say it's been good) compared to other asmr content creators who just get their accounts deleted (Teacup). Another factor probably at play is burnout, as you said. Basing this on my own experience on how I consume asmr content, I've dialed back how asmr and now I generally just stick to one video before I go to sleep and maybe another as I'm awaking up some mornings, combining that with the 10 different channels I'm combing through means me and others like me are statistically unlikely to listen to your videos immediately, and might just overlook them for newer content.

On the subject of what I like and don't like about your content, I really like the stories, I remember listening and being somewhat invested in the savannah animal videos. On the other hand, keeping in mind that this may just be a me thing and only my problem, I don't like the constant ear-to-ear throughout your newer videos. To be specific, it gives me a mild headache because my brain judges the character's distance from the listener as not being next to my ear when you're not doing the tingles (licking, tapping, cupping, etc.) and being far enough that I should be hearing you in both ears, but I don't, so my brain tries to adjust and configure constantly as you switch from one ear to the other. With that in mind, I'd say that if you reserved the ear-to-ear (either talking or tingles) to when the character is "physically" next to the listener's ears, I'd enjoy listening to your newer content. Again, I don't know if this is just me and my apologies if I didn't articulate myself well enough about it.

I still get notifications of your stuff and I listen right away when it catches my interest. I even listen to older ones every now and again because I enjoyed those particular ones. I believe you should both expand on your established creations and perhaps you should also expand on the occasional licensed character roleplays. Look into lesser known characters that people have familiarity with. If you need suggestions I’ll mention some. Being a creative is never easy; I’m still figuring out what to provide on my channel beyond having three followers. Just remember that there are a lot who support you. Please don’t start over. Keep pressing on. And on another note, those higher-ups running the algorithm can go to blazes!

Hey Kitti. First of all, I wanted to say that you are an amazing woman. Even though I never meet you in real life, I can definitely tell you are so amazing. A great content creator, a loving wife and a heartful mother of 2 (soon 3) kids. As for the content, I think a mix of old and new stuff is the best way. There are some things I prefer, no doubt, but I'm very open for new ideas in terms of characters and tingles. I like the new chars and tingles, but I also love to see some old chars to return from time to time, like Ruby, Nica or Sasha. As for my favorite tingles, I really love ear cleaning, licking, whispering and ear scratches. I tested eating sounds and there were not bad. But please do me a favor, do NOT create a new channel. That would make things even worse. I say, do your own thing. If even there is just one person who watches, its still worth it to make content. I'll says, it's really honest work you create here and you can be proud of yourself. So, that should be all. And yes, all your vids are in my sub feed. Stay awesome Kitti, we love ya! ❤️

I think maybe spreading out the release of videos would help. Having 2 videos released the same day may be great for some avid listeners, but it can also cannibalize the views one video gets. Time is a factor for some viewers and choosing between two videos can split the audience. At least that's how it works for TV. Youtube algorithm may be different, but considering how exhausting it is to please the almighty algorithm, I think it wouldn't hurt to spread out video releasing to maybe once every other day if not more. Let the new video have time to breath so to speak. As for my preferences. I like nice driving sounds in the background with some pleasant conversation.

Not sure what’s causing the issues (cuz with computers, it could be millions of things), but as for what I like? I tend to like stories that loosely connected to one another. I also like a wide range of characters with their own unique tales to tell. You’ve done both VERY well, and I applaud you for that. Maybe experiment with some more world building? Perhaps a new place/time/reality that you could play around with? Just some ideas that I thought you might like.

You could put up a bracket list of what you want to put down and we can pick out of the bracket of the choices you give if it'll help your channel in any way you make incredible content we do not want to see your channel taken down or reboot it there's nothing wrong with your channel

Your a very talented person and if there are people who are subscribe to you and are not listening to your storys they are missing a lot of great stuff. The videos you put out are great I enjoy the variety but I do believe that 20+min audios can be broken up into multiple parts of story for a character. Reoccurring characters with a continued story is something I very much enjoy keeps you wondering what will come next for this character. I also think maybe not uploading 2 videos a day would be better because one video may get more views than the other depending on if people only see one in their feed at the time they are on YouTube or they may simply only have the time for one video that day.Besides that keep up the great work you are a great ASMRTIST I know I will still be watching thank you for the videos.

Let me assure you, that there’s nothing wrong with you. And what you said about YouTube purging fake accounts, that is really the only explanation that makes sense, but it’s something that I hope you don’t let stress you out. Stay well, and keep being you.

Personally, i have a HUGE catalog of videos from various channels that i started chipping away at recently (my watch later list is at the max video limit and my second watch later list is around 2,000).

The best course of action would probably be to lessen the quantity of videos you make which would hopefully give you more time to think about what videos are being pushed in the algorithm and what tips could you take away from those videos or create new ideas that maybe hasn't been done before (maybe using visual novel elements in the video or have a character on screen that emotes when they talk).

The algorithm plateau has been a problem that almost all youtubers run into, from channels with 4,000 subs all the way to over 200,000 subs they eventually hit the ceiling and get lackluster engagement (i've even heard about people's engagement dropping in specific months). When asked the best answer these people give is to find something else you would like to do that doesn't alienate your current audience and hope that it gets shot out into people's recommendations.

And lastly i've been subbed to you since 2017 and the last time i got notifications even with the bell icon on was 2019. Fuck the broken notification system, it can go suck a stable of horse cock at this point and still be more useful than it is right now.

I love asmr rp and I like ur voice and ur work. Maybe u should try longer series with 8,12,15 episodes of rp story's. Wholesome or lewd doesn't matter the longer story's tie the viewer to ur chanel. The demand of asmr goes return generally nowadays, but times change. Maybe for the financial situation starting one small donation campaign is not the worst choice. How about a Livestream campaign who the donators can bring ideas for ur next content. Test it out, u have my support for sure.

At the risk of starting drama, I know in the VA/ASMR space there's a fairly new content creator that is cranking out videos at ta ridiculous rate. All themed, and consistent presentation. May be cannibalizing the viewer base for that particular content. Or alternatively since it's summer people may be away from computers and/or sampling a wide array of particular content and you're seeing some of these looky-loos passing by the channel.

One thing (in my opinion) that should come back is the MLP series, I fell asleep to the Luna video several times and I want more of that sort of content, those videos give me tingles! Also maybe do a part 2 of Jessica rabbit, that video gave me tingles as well, your so creative when it comes to Role-plays! I Hope you make it though this problem and things start to go well!

Personally, this is the first video I've seen of your channel in about three weeks come on my video suggests. I think monster girl asmr role play were really good, the neko ones especially so. On the asmr triggers, more variety is good. Try looking at channels like Kumo Kuddelmuddel , Gaon Maimai , Fallenshadow asmr or Chloe Ch. for variety of trigger concepts to try. And have you con considered joining or starting an asmr group (like the way vtubers have theirs) it could be a way to support each other, sending viewers between each other ,shout-out and such. And starting a new channel could be a practice in redundancy, are you going to stick to your "Brand" catgirls, ear licking, occasional lewd stuff and good audio RP and have to rebuild from square 1 or do something very different from your original channel. You have to think do you want to have a fresh start with a chance to grow or fall into obscurity. I hope some of my rambling was helpful.

As for likes and dislikes, i would be happy to see different stories again. I remember back when i first discovered you, i would get invested in any of the multiple storylines you offered. From Nekos to the Forest, i always had something to keep my attention. Newer things for sure have a "wash, rinse, repeat" sort of style. Not to say it doesn't work at times, but it can become rather "bland" and predictable when it's the same thing over and over.

I'm not saying this to try and talk down on any of the newer material. If you're proud of what you make, then sure, continue on. It's your channel, who am i to say what you can and can't upload? I'll still stick around either way

And there's not much to change in my opinion, and it may not mean much but I feel while the channel analytics are going, I'd say that's because Youtube is currently run by very anti-ASMR people, unless that ASMR is similar to other ASMR, i.e. stolen or otherwise copied by low-effort creators, or that ASMR is partially about watching the screen, like with the creator on the screen doing the triggers or with some kind of animatic or the whole vtuber thing that was never my style. And if it isn't the above, or is overtly affectionate or lewd or mature, Youtube bashes on it for existing on their platform. And there are channels who do worse than you do in those regards and aren't as critical of, well, Youtube, as you are, and get away with it. Youtube is not in all that good a spot right now. You've been monetized, been in the partner program and been on the platform for quite some time, so there's no reason for them to abuse your channel, but it could be intentional tanking on Youtube's part, though I hope it's not that. But you do good work, and like small businesses, it may seem that it might be time to give up, as the higher ups in the business world are trying to stamp out even the smallest issues and potential competitors, but it's the regulars who offer their support and keep the place going because of the way it is. It's not always about constant or consistent growth. Sometimes, it's about the constant and continual returning people, the smiles you put on people's faces, the love you put into your work...
Feedback time! As it stands, what little I know is that life/work balance is important, and Youtube, for you at least, is bit of both. Another channel adds to the workload you have to take care of, so I wouldn't recommend it. Starting from scratch might seem nice, but effectively negates all the effort you have spent getting to this point. And of course, Youtube and it's users could repeat the actions they have taken for and/or against your channel, though this is not guaranteed. It's not a terrible idea, if you so believe the cost does not outweigh the benefit. I personally don't like the idea of starting from scratch unless all hope is well and truly lost. I don't think of you as a quitter, and neither am I. Recommending your other content on other platforms is not counteractive or damaging under most circumstances, but Youtube's current state seems hostile to other platforms, and of course, is hostile to even slightly adult content, even with the incredibly odd and barely different Youtube Kids being a thing where they would need to be this stringent. Your Fansly and Patreon might be the most egregious self-advertising, but it's not a big deal, you aren't bringing that content to Youtube because of the guidelines and your respect for said guidelines. There is content I like, but I'm too much of a generalist to really provide much advice on the content front. But I would say that for the most part, your content is a bit focused on the boyfriend/girlfriend dynamic and how some explore it or the supernatural, so branching out into roleplay like some other ASMRtists with more plot-involved tingles could be a bit of a boon, but... I dunno, I'm not exactly a content creator in this particular vein... So there's that I guess... That's my two cents on it. Take what you will.

The algorithm has been screwing alot of people lately...well i SAY the algorithm, those behind it...as for feedback, I think your doing a great job and starting a new channel might not be the best move, the algorithm doesn't seem to be supporting new channels too much lately. I personally am always a fan of returning characters and storylines, but your 100% right, both creators and audiences can get tired or the repetition and the longer the storylines go on, the harder it can be to write content for that storyline. maybe do a sequel once a week or fortnight? that leaves loads of time to add variety to the channel and try new things if you like.
experimentation can be tricky and often you might not get the results your looking for with them, but on the otherhand, you may find something that works amazingly. nothing ventured nothing gained right?

another thing to consider (pushing my own reasoning here) things feel a bit nutty and hectic currently (at least where i'm from) and as a result im just much busier than i was 6 months ago and finding the time to sit and enjoy something has become a bit harder. I guess what i'm trying to say is that it may not solely be the crummy algorithms or your content. (its not you, its me)

i find this with alot of ASMR though, i would honestly listen more if i was able to load something up, throw in my headphones and put my phone away. yeah youtube offers that but i'll be damned to pay for that feature, i'd rather pay the creators of the content than pay to lock my phone while stuff plays. Youtube just Doesn't lend itself to this kind of content and i think that sucks, hard, but the options are a bit limited, this i know.

Unfortunately I do think YouTube has been shafting some people. I know for a fact some other people I watch have had there stuff purposefully hidden and some people unsubscribed to channels for no apparent reason.

This is kinda sad. This was the first channel of VA thati discovered back in 2019. It's true, i'm not the same that i was 3 years ago when i started to listen to these kind of videos, but i still enjoy them. It would be really sad if all of this dissapear, it helped me a lot with anxiety and loneliness. As others have said, you could play with the hour and the day you release your videos. [This may be too long but as a short version in case you dont want to read, try to improve in some areas(plot/script, thumbnail variety, interaction, and maybe audio quality) and maybe shorter videos with more content from the plot and triggers.] This may be some harsh feedback, but I think you're doing somewhat fine. In terms of plot, thumbnails, and types of triggers, they seem to be fine, maybe change the thumbnail art once in a while for variety and find other triggers as a lot of videos do tend to sound similar. Also being a people pleaser is not a bad thing, but depending on how you view it and how it affects creating content, try to do what you want to do/make(again idk if it has that much of an affect so this might be useless advice). Also maybe have more talking/plot for some videos, I think some viewers like the visualization of an interaction while listening, doesnt have to be often but it could add more to some audios. Audio quality could use some work but on a priority list it's near the bottom. Im not a content creator myself but from listening to other asmr audios and how they look, some of the appeal seems to be from how the thumbnail looks, the script(if there is one) or type of asmr content it's meant to be, and duration. Which I suppose is another thing to consider as a lot of your audio's do seems very long but it also seems very consistent with similar sounds and triggers, which ties back to adding more to the quality of the plot/script you follow for some of these videos. I've listened for quite some time and thought alot of the plots are unique as well as the set up but they do seem somewhat repetitive in some videos with the triggers. This is most likely just a me problem so don’t take it to heart, but shorter vids can definitely help. It makes things easier to watch

I will say that when it comes to ASMR I can be quite picky. So even when I do get recomendations or I look up a channel again, there's no guarentee that I'll be interested in the character or the genre of roleplay (Romance, comfort, comedy, etc...)
I think that other people might be the same way. Combine that with the YouTube Recomendation issues and I could definitely see views taking big hits.

There's nothing wrong with your content its youtube as a platform just seems to be a bit of a shitshow for everyone viewers and creators.

I think this is just a natural decline as most places are lifting their covid restrictions combined with inflation has meant a lot of people have less time to sit around and enjoy your videos as more people return to the work force and have to work longer hours just to make ends meet. This may be a contributing factor as well but should stabilise once the economy has had time to stabilise

I will say, that YouTube is doing some, for lack of a better term, "fuck shit". I have notifications enabled all turned on for kitti and I have not gotten a SINGLE notification for kitti for months now. I honestly thought that she may have taken a vacation. Anyone know where a link for the discord is so I can join it? I would prefer to stay at least somewhat in the loop of her content and news. Took me having a random thought for me to search Kitti up again. Apologies for the ling post.

longer vids, 20+ mins. make series & break them into parts. maybe play around with your schedule/what days & times you post. I imagine this is a big factor to the flow of content. just suggestions but most importantly if this is the main thing you want to do, keep going. I've seen channels go back & forth over time but what ultimately kills channels is the lack of regular content; when youtubers are half-in it comes through in viewer's engagement. gotta push through the dull times to enjoy the periods of success! Another route depending on what you're looking for would be to contact the largest contributors and ask them how they feel about it. often they'll have a different experience than the regular viewer but can be more insightful of what makes your content stand out.

If you try to repost content form this one, you’ll almost definitely get flagged for reusing content and get an even worse penalty than whatever you may or may not have now. It's been hard for a lot of us and I have see so many channels pulling the plug and you going to make me cry. Just an idea, but what if you put adds at the end/start of videos. This way YouTube would put you in the feed more. If you don’t like this idea it’s fine, just thought it would be good to mension. I think most people enjoy your content Kitti... and I think it's a mix of things for why it's tough for you to gain traction right now..
-I agree the whole partnership stuff hurt your channel for the reasons you gave.
- your channel has shifted more towards triggers with some story where before it was story with some triggers...
- the majority of videos you've released recently have been ear-cleaning triggers and yanderes... which pull or keep two groups of people...
-the art for your thumbnails (while copyright free) hurts the look of them because they aren't professional quality art. The thumbnails where you use good art look better and draw more people in.

Now none of that is to say you're bad or doing bad... I think those are just changes that have affected which audiences you're pulling from. Idk what the "right" answer is... but focusing on the numbers only makes things worse... keep going cause you love it. People who love your content will stay, some people will move on, some people may do what you do and come back after forever to see what's new.

I think focusing on more varied content rather than the same tropes would help a lot. Come back to the same tropes every so often, but vary the content more. Also maybe go back to interconnecting your stories more. When you did that before, it made each character feel unique and part of a larger world. Good examples are the Forest storyline where we actually did something, or the Aiko storyline where it felt like we were helping her get better, or the classic Sasha/Misha/Shiloh/Takara storyline jumble ^-^. That made it much more intrigung amd engaging for me as a viewer. Felt like the audience mattered and affected the characters and world? I think is how I would put that <3. Now it's hard not to feel like generic character + generic trigger.

I don't want you to feel disheartened by this, I'm genuinely trying to give you sound advice because a: I want to see you climb higher and succeed more, and b: because you asked for feedback and I think it's my job as a good friend to be honest and upfront with you. My best friend does the same with me and it hurts or makes me embarrassed short term, but helps in the long term. <3

Either way, I genuinely hope you get more interactions and can keep loving what you do regardless of viewership <3

Best thing I can say is have alternative platforms for discovery and content. I think YouTube is going to go the way of blockbuster if this general self destruction keeps it up. Odysee, Bitchute and Minds are pretty good.

I feel like this is more on YouTube than it is on you, but do not worry, even if the analytics are dropping, your subscribers aren’t going anywhere

I do not know if the hosts algorithms are messing with the notifications as your video's still show up in the sidebar. However, one thing to consider is that the world is coming out of two years of lockdown and is playing catch-up, so that some people have less time to sit and relax listening to your work.
As for doing something really practical like subscribing to your Patreon and giving you monthly support, the changes to the banking/Government systems in my country make that impossible if you only have a debit card. And this country is one of the ones where the Paypal system is not enabled for their account users to be able to top up their own account - so using Paypal is not an option either.

Its very very very very sad to hear this, am very sad, but to be honest i've been and still am on your discord server. In this video you've asked for feedback and ideas. Here's mine:
The first ASMR audio/ video i've listened to was and is the lonely Lamia and Yandere series from Dangours ASMR, because simply i fall for the passion of it The second ASMR is you Kitti Minx a recomend of the niko girl very interesting and love how the stroy for almost all of your vidoes.
The third and fourth are Yaryunya and Dude thats wholesome ASMR, what both have in common are: ear licking ( most favorite ) finger tapping, ear massaging, bit of talking, but they know how to much and long and more . Those fisrt three is how i recongise true ASMR after i did my research on ASMR consist: relaxtion and tingles.

So here my thoery maybe the talking should change it up little or more, ear massge or my farorite and also better microphone. Because quality is your key factor and don't be afraid to ask like what you are doing now and remind people subscribe and turn on notifications. Whether you take or not its up to or even do on your other channel. But if you happended to make other channel let us and also in the dicord. I'll be in touch.

hello Kitti, with how focused youtube is on watch time, maybe you could take a look a shortening your videos. they are currently quite long and the the algorithim seemingly has the thought proces of "oh, a lot of people only watch 20% (just an example) of a video, so this creator might not be that good at keeping people's attention (and thus keeping them on our platform). Let's recomend someone else." I think shortening your videos might give you a higher percentage of watchtime, as more people are able to- and/or are willing to sit through a 15-20 minute video as opposed to a 30+ minute video.

maybe simplifying your thumbnails and titles could make them more attractive (this is more speculative), if you are interested in doing that, I'd suggest taking a look at the likes of mindfulmess asmr or endearin' audio.

I can only give an opinion so here goes: daily upload might not be the way to go. Try a Monday Wednesday Friday Sunday schedule. Upload on a specific time like 18:00. Do not use tags like lewd. Make a community post for every new video. Do not put any links the videos. I am subscribed to many channels. I try to watch all vids but if I see videos from a creator every day then I feel like I can sometimes give them a skip. Maybe switch up the thumbnail style? Interact with the comments if you have the time.

Lately, the youtube home area on the app shows like 1 thing that's been searched for or watched recently and then finds one keyword or something and only shows those things and doesn't show the variety of things I'm subscribed to and gets really annoying and doesn't show a lot of the things I would actually want to see. I want to see a lot of the people I'm subscribed to and the home tab used to basically be like a more filtered version of my subscribed bar but it doesn't do that at all anymore. I also have too many channels that I've used the bell on even though it's maybe a dozen, I don't get to see all the things that should show because I only get 4 at a time before they start to remove the oldest and give new ones so at the end of the day, I don't see the things I'd really like unless I put in a bit of effort and check it throughout the day and dismiss the things I don't want to see to keep the ones I do.

The algorithm is completely busted right now, worse than I've ever seen it and I'm not even seeing the things I want to without a lot of effort and when there's a lot of channels I really like, I know there's a ton and like you said, I have to often manually go and look for the things I want even when I changed the bells I use and even in the bell tab, I miss some things I would want to see even when looking right where they should be the easiest to see. I have no suggestions other than keywords or titles seem to be flooding feeds with maybe 1 or 2 things at a time and people have to either fix it themselves by watching more stuff they like by finding it manually like the subs tab or the bell tab or they'll just give up. This is more youtube than anything you've done, I can say that at least. Only decent suggestion would be maybe checking into things that might increase visibility like adding a few keywords or things to avoid in titles, keywords or anything else that youtube uses to lower visibility of content blocking, which is a lot of things that are constantly changing but that's the only general tip I could give but wouldn't worry too much over stuff like that if you're already doing that.

As for what I would personally like to see, I do like new things but I always kind of like following certain characters, events or stories a bit more than just one offs. I like coming back and seeing follow ups or multiple parts with a single character or story a lot. Seeing how things continue or what happened in between the last part and the new one is something I think makes people come back or excited for a next part.

For any sort of triggers, I think certain water sounds tend to be ones I like hearing but that's just one, I don't hear too many and don't have a good example I could point to unfortunately. I also tend to like when things have ups and downs, a bit of build up and a bit of relief. It's easier to not think about when it's mostly the same sound and volume, but sometimes a little quiter or sudden peaks. Small comments once in a while is also nice.

Not sure much of this is helpful, but at least the part about youtube, I hope this makes you feel a bit better. A lot of creators are being rewarded or punished without much rhyme or reason and it's annoying to even see the stuff I want or the people I choose to see more of like with the bell. Good luck, I hope things get fixed or you find a way to boost your visibility without a ton of hassle or stress.

I love your vids soo much. You should keep fighting. One thing I’ve seen other popular asmr creators do is have their face in the video doing the asmr. This might help draw in new viewers but it’s up to you if your ok showing your face.

Honestly Kitti, I have noticed the ear licking tingles are occurring more often on your videos, is this intentional? I don't watch succubus role-plays or stop if any trigger memories of a terrible supervisor; not just yours but any asmrtist. Does YouTube algorithm push out videos if they receive more views the first day vs those with views 2 days later? Ive started a part time job in the afternoons, so some days I come home and crash. Personally I like asmrtists that experiment with new ideas. Kitti, if you ever decide you need to close this channel, know that you have helped me relax and drift off to sleep when I had so much on my mind. Your characters are entertaining and Im glad to get to know you, even if it's just through streams.

IMO you should do more talking oriented videos with some tapping triggers maybe and cut down on ear licking. Cause it has been in all of your videos, so it just becomes dull after awhile. Also, I think you should make roleplays on more "hyped" characters and fantasy creatures at least for a short while to boost views. All in all, wish you good and hope that feedback helps

i think you give the people too many videos (it is currently 10 am where I am) and youtube tells me you uploaded 3 videos in the last 16 hours 2 of which are ASMR videos each over 30 minutes long which is an hour of content. and people aren't just subscribed to you they also watch other stuff, and when you upload so much there is no reason to anticipate a video because you upload so much, I am not saying you should only upload once a week or so but you need to create some sort of desire for your videos, when people look through youtube and see that you uploaded a second video within a day they will be like "again i already watched some when should i watch this one?". i think another way to describe this is as if your videos steal views from each other, when you upload two videos a day the views get split between them

Which leads to 2) Alot of people, myself included, don't watch videos when they come out- 1 new piece at a time isn't my thing. I will go through my channels based on my feelings at the time and then usually go back to one, see that they have a bunch of new stuff then binge it all- it's sorta like a Christmas morning kinda feel "Yay! I have bunches of new stuff to check out!" So alot of people binge and fast on content- perhaps watching the same playlists repeatedly until coming in for the new stuff all at once. 3) There are certain times when things are happening in people's lives, and also on a world stage that affects people's mood for different things. The point is like everything there are ups and downs sometimes you'll have a run on sales (views in your case) and sometimes you'll be like "WTF, where's everyone at?". There's a reason older vids have alot of views... people have had a long time to get around to watching them. You just can't let it get you down looking at the past 14 days as an indicator of success, especially if it is in a field you love. I for one found your channel in the past 2 months or so, huge fan... alot of common ground, but I haven't seen this week's videos- but I still appreciate your art, and they will get viewed, but sometimes internet people just take their time, lol '"cuz stuff lives on the internet forever (insert evil muah ha ha here)." From what I can tell it's a little bit of column A a little bit of column B. Because there's a lot of your videos that I simply don't see in my sub feet as well as in my homepage. Often times I have to go look for stuff to even. But I know that those who do see your videos love then and we hope that you make it through this tough spot and that we see your channel rise to greatness like it once was and one day will be again.

I have noticed that you use the same ear lick audio in most of your videos and swap your pans a little much. Other than that, I can't think of anything else that would improve your audios. If I want to relax, then I listen to you. There's another creator that I listen to who's trying to do a "shared universe" experience but she needs to find a new writer because it comes off as exposition. I'm talking 30+ minutes of nothing but being talked at and only 5 minutes of substance. I'm getting off track. My point is, your audios are fine other than the reasons stated above.

I always enjoyed some of your more erotic and supernatural content, even after you had to tame it a little when the youtube gestapo censors suddenly decided a while ago to nullify freedom of erotic expression. So some of your past content was great and could be taken further, including some of your science fiction content. Like, it is always good when you refresh a new adventure with Naughty Nika. Recently some other new content seemed to be stretching too much for new ideas. When your prior ideas still are excellent and are good to go with plenty mileage left.

I'm sorry I don't watch as much as I use to. Some of this may be do to more bot/ dead account sweeps. I think you doing good at what your doing. Please keep it up, maybe try a collaboration with people? (Just an idea don't get the fire) but I love your audio's when I play stuff like factorio asmr helps me keep calm and think better.

I think that the best course of action is to create a New Channel, but keep this one up for now while you begin building it up. You can transfer the older stuff onto the other channel over time if you want, leading the audience over here and leading it over there. Use Twitter, do feature videos on other Channels, etc to help promote it even more if you want. Once everything is set up, you can kill this channel if need be.

I'll be totally honest here..
Every video that you uploaded was showing in my Subscription page but when I see it has something to do with ear cleaning or marked as that in one of my little browser plugins, I just ignore that video.
It's not that I'm not interested in that topic but rather a case of not enjoying the sound of something scraping against a metal surface.

IMO you are partially shadow banned, you never appear on any of my recommendations or front page, i listen you your videos because I remember you exist and manually go to your channel. I had you on notifications and the bell got disabled on their own. I KNOW i didn't turn it off, it's like the setting got flushed. Now I enabled it again, hope it stays that way.
Not gonna lie, all content that is either lewd or semi lewd or even something with mouth sounds or frisky topics is going to get stomped by youtube (unless you are from the mainstream channels, those are allowed). Doesn't matter if it's an old or new channel.
It's extremely hard but the only content creator strategy that works is move the revenue sources AWAY from yt. Either sponsorships, Koffee, gumroad, patreon, merch, custom audios, etc. (twitch is crap as youtube). It sucks to hustle this way but yt is not like 2019 which would still allow these sort of content.

And also kitty YouTube always does stuff and never lets people do creative stuff it’s like the other bully cop around there was times I wish I could do some stories Like MLP stories Human Questria kind of stuff But one thing I don’t know how to do it I’m not getting the story writer writer as you are so keep fighting there’s a lot of people that get angry with YouTube you’re not the only one that’s trouble to you but be strong girls like you are strong

i havent watched the whole vid yet so sorry if im repeating whats being said or if this isnt too relevant, but youtube loves to demonitise any asmr content with mouth sounds and it really shows in the figures of the content too. im saying this because i know a lot of your content uses mouth sounds and is most likely a target of the demonitsation and wont appear to new viewers. i love your content but the only videos i watch are the sfw ones for sleep so i cant say that i watch everything you put out but youre creativity is up there with the best and you dont deserve the neglect youre getting - sending the best ❤️

Sounds like what Roblox is doing. Cant find half of the games in my Favorites list. And looking certain things up just doesnt bring up the proper results.

YouTube definitely doesn't like recommending things that arent extremely consistent, OR things you just dont watch everyday. At least, thats what I've seen. My favorite youtuber uploaded recently and I got no notification. Heck, Im pretty sure I dont get recomendations for channels that I specifically put notifications on.

Long story short, Youtube simply doesnt work like it should. It follows the money just Like Roblox does. You wont be finding smaller games or channels easily. Also I wouldn't be surprised at all if Youtube automatically unsubscribes people. There have been times where I swear I was subscribed to someone even when it turned out I wasn't.

Maybe you need to take a break, and come back with a new image and try not to rush as well cuz sometimes when I see your notification pops up I see other ASMR notification pop up as well and sometimes you'll pass by my head, maybe make some from some famous anime ASMR something that just puts you out there and is currently popular at the time.

As long as YouTube is "kid friendly" your pretty much sol.

You said you could handle some hard critism so please read with open mind. I will try to be quick and to the point. I am a long term fan of 2+ years but am a little surprised you don't quite know how to revive your channel if you've been here for so long.

- Your intro is far too long. It should be your name and no more than 5 second at that. Why have 1 minute of nothing at the start of your videos??!? People click to listen to the plot, not 1 minute of nothing. People will click off and never return and to be honest ive been impatient and done it myself. I would stop this right away if I were in your position.

-You're very talent and been here for a long time but it seems like your microphone quality has not gone past a blue yeti. Why have you never got a 3dio if you do asmr videos? i understand its in investment but you would make the money back from yt ads in theory. although im aware youve said you left the monetization option.

-You drift left and right during your audio roleplays constantly. If I'm roleplaying as the listener, then you're circling around me in the plot? It doesn't make sense and makes the viewing experience weird. tingles going left to right does make sense however.

+ your thumbnails are more zoomed in in recent uploads, this is amazing and stick to this. older thumbnails are not easy to read and very chaotic (wall of text). be quick and straight to the point.

- I hate to say this point but your voice is very flat, not energetic. Be in the moment, are you excited then sound it! Are you scared? Then sound it! Your delivery is very monotone in comparison to many other asmrtist/va. the most energy in a video i think ive heard is your PET KITSUNE (FOX GIRL) PAMPERS YOU! and it didnt deviate much from your default voice. what makes it difficult for you to break out of a monotone delivery? I would really urge you to follow this point up.

-if recording takes forever because of asmr triggers, record them into a sound bank and just edit them in so you only have to record words for videos

+ as for ratio to subs to views. as you said this channel is old, youve been doing this for a while, naturally overtime people will lose acocunts, stop using youtube ect so its natural for a larger ratio to grow over time.

+ you said you follow trends from other creators, keep that up its the best way to stay on top

+ research your competition, seriously you can learn so much by observing. what do they DO that you dont? pick who you want to most be like and SEE WHAT THEY DO. whats their schedule, how do they interact with their community, what type of content ect RESEARCH goes a LONG way.

+ your social media twitter in particular is not a lot of content but more casual posting, i understand its your life and thats the point but for people who consume content. do they want to know about x y z or do they want to see your latest post on youtube annoced on your twitter. i see you post the RT if you would X my character often. As a big fan that lurks often, it gets tiresome on my end to see it over and over again.

Just to finish this off. I don't think restarting is the best idea UNLESS you want to join the monteization again on the new channel. In that case I would take this advice and start fresh. If you aren't interested in monetization then I don't see the point. The videos that get popular do well in algo because something in it is good. The plot or something unique you did. The other videos that don't do as well, I think because compared to other content creators they don't hit that good. I don't mean to strike your ego down because not many can say they've been a content creator for so long. But if even you yourself think there is room for improvment, I would say the best thing to do is research and comepare yourself directly to other creators.

I'm sorry to hear this happening to you, I don't think you need to change anything you do, You do an amazing job. To me YouTube for the last decade has gone down hill. I've seen other asmrtist and content creators having subs/notifications be removed from their channels by YouTube for no reason, for about a decade now. Not a 100% sure on that though. But if you need time to relax from stress please don't worry about us, we're more worried about your well being.🥲

Why don't you take a break from youtube for a while stick with streaming take a vacation plus you have patreon step away from youtube for a little thats my advice

YouTube seems to suppress Videos of Channels that don't post very often so even Subscribers might not get video notifications


In other words, with how you usually post YouTube is Suppressing your videos so people can't see them due to you not Uploading everyday

Cause, I noticed they put out more Notifications for Channels that post DAILY

Even the ones with more Risque content (Apparently YouTube was completely fine with Nude Yoga for some time)

it can be various of things. it could be YT shadowbanning u from peoples recomended page, its been so much fucked up stuff happening to YT atm and the partner program. like, back on 2014 2015 i would consider beeing in the partner program. but now a days its really not wortht it if u deal with anything that by YT standards is ASMR rp and ERP. cuz back in the days that was totaly fine and u could get monetized for it. so yeee, i dont understand whats happening to YT atm.... Now, I love all the content u have been making over the years, both SFW and NSFW. ur Nica storry, some of ur in the woods (wolfgirl) stories ive listen to and i love them. i love the content ur doing as it is and i think u should continue. And like. I think what we can do is that u maybe share ur vid on twitter and have people retweet them, just a tip that might help.

It may just be me but it seems that YouTube is trying to suppress the content that they do not like and ASMR seems to be one of those contents that they're not a fan of and it's just trying to get rid of as a whole from the platform I've seen several YouTubers just completely harassed by the algorithm one is teacup audio who completely is done with YouTube because of them constantly demonetizing and banning her and all kinds of stuff so I'd hate to say that kitti minx but I think that's happening to you
