The World In Sound label represents another group representing the late '60s, early '70s heavy psychedelic scenes in northeastern Ohio, USA (the same region from which Dragonwyck is from). After winning Starshine Productions' 'Battle of the Bands' in 1970, the five-piece Freeman Sound was founded as the most popular of several bands (including Morly Grey), which had records released on Starshine.
