​@@theprololxd8965and then a window appears to turn on sticky keys, then you need to take ownership of sethc (located in c\windows\system32) to then replace sethc with the command prompt (or cd into windows\system32 and run xcopy cmd.exe sethc.exe and then if asked say yes to overwrite setup with code and if all done correctly when you press the shift key five times it should open up a command prompt window

Local Account Password
So its not an antivirus but its an Command Prompt in the logon screen

I have disabled sethc completely through accessibility settings, so pressing Shift 5 times doesn't bring up sethc. I disabled it because it annoys me every time I press Shift 5 times.
