That's why I downloaded an app that switches my phone into offline mode at 2am. Since my headphones have Bluetooth, they get disconnected from my phone after it goes into offline mode and turn off if I don't connect to them in 1 minute.
If this whole thing from this video would happen to me, I would definitely know that they stole me before 2am because "the music was still playing" (or in my case, the ASMR video was still playing)
