Trixie wins cause her reformation was more natural and she stayed smug and mischievious-y while not being evil. ever, I would say. she was corrupted by vengeance, and she apologized. Glimmer is good as well but down the line she became a second Twilight. one is more than enough.
At the end of No Second Prances, Trixie bows to Twilight and accepts her as the princess. Safe to say Trixie never hated Twilight.
