Even though I know the situation is bad, my everyday life didn't change that much. I do all of my schoolwork from home, which is amazing because I can manage my time so much better.

There's something like only 40 cases in my whole state (no deaths), yet people have still been in panic mode :-p

sit with the sun in your face by an open window and enjoy the warmth
or, if it's not sunny, still open the window, close your eyes and just listen and breathe
play with your pets if you have some
call friends (for extroverts)
get lost in online research on a topic you find interesting
sing
play an instrument you enjoy playing
talk to yourself kindly
lay flat on the floor and imagine the floor is the ceiling
pretend you're famous and 'give an interview' to your empty apartment (this is SO MUCH FUN)
lay down (where you are, if necessary) and rest or sleep
play a game on your phone
daydream about your otp

things for a bit higher motivation:
repair the holes in your clothes
sew something new entirely
learn a new language (YouTube is great for that, too)
call friends (for introverts)
sort through your closet
clean something
practise your cooking
work out
try to get better at playing an instrument
print out and hang up pictures you always meant to print out and hang up
rearrange and/or decorate your living space
play chess against yourself
paint something
draw something
embroider something
write poetry
write something else
do something you always wanted to do but didn't because you think you might be bad at it (now you're on your own and nobody is there to judge you)
get up really early just to see what it's like (or, really late, for you strange morning people)
stay awake the whole night just to see the sunrise
film yourself doing something ordinary and then be fascinated by how you move
try out the old make-up you've been hoarding (and do a photoshoot)
paint your nails
play videogames
look at yourself in the mirror and flirt with yourself (great for practice and also for self-esteem)

OR: Don't do any of these things if you don't want to and be bored for a bit. Sometimes, that can be good, too.

This will pass. You'll get through it. It might even be fun, too. And when it's over, you'll be fine and hopefully a little wiser :)
