that twist with the heart literally made me jump up out of my seat in the theaters. Also, with Rex's ship looking like a fist, I thought that the trigger event for Armamageddon would be Finn actually hitting his sister, which would cause their mom to make them put away all the LEGO.
A bit of a shame that that latter bit didn't happen, but I still think this is a worthy sequel to the first LEGO Movie, and in some ways (the writing especially) is better than the first. It's a criminal fucking shame that it slumped at the box office, because Warner Bros. ultimately sold the rights to Universal, and has left the franchise in this limbo of pure silence. Fuckin' kills me.
