HOTT DAM You just covered what other channels wouldโve taking 20+ mins to do in only 9 mins ๐๐ป Iโm struggling to think of you missed anything too. Such a rock solid video
You approach to run head on and know that we can just hit REWIND or PAUSE if we need to is awesome! Iโm new to this process and appreciate your style. Iโll go pick up that mic you just dropped! Keep on making great videos!
Clear, clean and concise. If you're the sort of person that should install it, this video makes a perfect starting place. I suspect the learning curve would be too high and the need for such security unnecessary for the average computer user, but if you do want to put the time in, this makes an excellent test bed or personal computer. The chances of being exploited are considerably lessened with this level of compartmentalization and the hypervisor being direct to hardware without first going through an exploitable layer of OS.
I think the learning curve and the complications involved in routine browsing or document creation, even though only a few more clicks and undoubtedly you could make a macro for ease of copy paste, but the degree of tinkering and mithering required is more than my simple needs demand.
On the other hand if I worked in any kind of sensitive or industrial sector this would be a modern necessity, given the level of remote industrial and commercial espionage that takes place nowadays.
Hey Crypto got a question for ya. Recently got a new laptop just for cybersec and Iโm going into pen testing and I was wondering if itโs possible to have Qubes and open say parrot os inside one of Qubes separate computers ? Or should I just run parrot os from Virtual computer or a USB ? Thanks !
Quick question, could I make a Windows 10 VM for compatibility with Word then use something else like Ubuntu at the same time. So I won't have to configure WINE
Ummmm. Well I always take a look on your videos. But I need some advices and suggestions from you as I'm a student and wanna grow up in this field. How to contact you?
Good operating system in theory. In reality, it is not comfortable to use it on a daily basis. There are many bugs and no hardware acceleration yet. If you need privacy and VMs for untrusted files, or for compartmentalization of digital life i will recommend lightweight and secure distro with qemu/kvm virt-manager for host os and other OSes in KVM VMs. As an example: for gaming windows 10 ltsc vm with gpu passthrough, for secure web browsing whonix, arch for development, gentoo for fun, kali/parrot for ctfs and hacking and so on.
