I forgot about this movie and how beautiful the landscape is, the 2d animation was just chef kiss 😙🤌🏾, this was an really good watch great video as usual!

All the weirdly sexual moments with the candle girl made sense when I saw the credits and realised it was a French film.

It also feels similar in various ways to the earlier (2008) French animated film "Dragon Hunters".

Guardian of the sun: "You really gotta stop reading those books, babe."
Princess of the sun: "But you simply must stop reading those dusty old books."

Remember when I saw an ad for this movie. Caught my attention but never saw it, it's great to finally see it tho.

Also a recomandation: DC superleague of pets. I thought it was going to be a bad movie but turned out to be really funny

Dude this movie faded into obscurity like Pluto I’m surprised you found it, when i was a kid the advertisement campaign for it was so shitty everyone forgot who hed even produced it or what was it called in a couple weeks :0
My theory for why that is would be that 2014 was ALL about the long-waited How To Train Your Dragon 2 in theaters
