@@nil8659 This only deletes System32 and you have to add /S. /S means Files and Folders in System32 will also be deleted. Else you'll just get a message saying that the folder isn't empty. rd /s /q C:/ deletes everything on C: which means the whole System.
I tried this too, but i was unable to fix by 15 minutes, i created a new user account, tried to delete the messed theme user, but i forgot that the user i have created is a standard user, so i tried to scrool down the desktop properties window, but it was hard, the close button was massive, but i fixed it and i have runned ColorBug.exe in my host machine and fixed it by luck but -------> (my Windows XP computer was still unable to use because of missing dll)
