I absolutely LOVE the water-themed nuances in this song! This is one of those songs you put on repeat in the bg while you draw, and it's 100% going into my painting playlist. Keep churning out these soul-moving songs, Replacer! We appreciate what you do!
1) this is heavily underrated, I feel as if more need to appreciate this vibe of a tune 2) I love so much about this track, the composition, the effects, the processing, all of it, all bring such a watery vibe which I love, the melodics to this track are wonderful, plus it gives me lo-fi vibes, overall 10/10
your music has been getting me really emotional. love your work so much, thank you for it. it means a lot to me. this song is as excellent of a listen as ever!
So great to see you're still active. I haven't been here for a while, which is sad. But nonetheless here I am, and you still compose great music. That's beautiful. Please keep going on, there are people out there, on whom your work made a deep and powerful impression. You might not know that, but you're importance is far greater than you might think at first.
Holy shit, you're still active. I went on a nostalgia trip looking through what's still up/archived from the horse days and you just uploaded yesterday... Nice!
Got alot of your stuff to catch up on, this song is nice and chill. Perfect for my current vibe rn.
Listening to this, all I can think of is the colts and fillies from the zebra Atoli tribe (from FOE: Homelands) begging their parents to let them go to the ocean to play. The rhythm is amazing and pulls you away to a calm peaceful place with all of the harmonics.
I just wanted thank you. Recently I went through a very tough time in my life and your music helped me recover. I went for a long walk, listening to this song and many other, older ones, and managed to sort things out in my head. So... thank you.
I can't believe you still making music and I can't believe I still hear it on a daily basics, I have something better, a song to and earth pony and handbag on my daily spotify playlist and they are wonderful song to listen while driving or just to let one go.
Heard this one for the first time on the newest P@D album and I love it! So relaxed, there's something meditative about the repetition and the sound of it. really great track, always nice to hear from Replacer :)
Not sure how I missed one of your releases by 3 weeks, but I made my way here eventually. Dreamy, calm, and fantastic as usual! That plus the distorted reversed orchestral chords peppered through the piece seem like a fairly direct reference to Steven Universe's Drift Away. Intentional? If you haven't seen it, it's a very nice song but is pretty heavy on the spoilers...
@replacer Very nice :) That song often brings me to tears with the tragedy, though. The thought of thousands of years of abandonment and denial as the world slowly rolls by, uncaring and unknowing, is a terrifyingly extreme concept that I fail to fully wrap my head around.
Beautiful instrumentation as always, my friend! Very musically inspiring :) Do I detect a bit of influence from "Other Friends" from the Steven Universe movie?? Specifically in the detuned, warbley slow attack mellotron sounding chords at the beginning.
at this point I'm not sure it's possible to use mellotron strings without invoking Spinel, on purpose or otherwise, so I'm sure it was in the back of my mind
So I'm sick and my head is like underwater sounding like sounding like this song still sounds really good even though I'm sick and everything sounds sucked but it's great

This has a very quarantine vibe to me. "For the love of god please just let me go outside."

I go outside all the time regardless of the order. I haven't been stopped yet. In the country, or in a big city.

1 likeHas a Aquarium Park from Sonic Colors vibe with a mix of Tally Hall! .
3 likesThe vocals sound stylish, but a bit labored and devoid of emotion.
0 likesThe instrumental mood, on the other hand, is pretty great.
Replies (2)
I actually think that the somewhat emotionless, effect-satured voices are what give this track its mood and character.
