Install kali Linux or parrot os in VMware and get started with the playlist of a channel called hackersploit on youtube.His videos are great for beginners.it had aroung 127 videos. After that read books, blogs, Do Capture the flags to learn practical stuff and talk to other hackers and you are good to go.
