Two Amphibia reactions in one week? I was so happy to see a new reaction! Thank you! That was a great reaction, and these two episodes are definitely among my favorites of this season. I like how Sasha admits she has to be in control, yet we can also see a side of her that can be caring towards others. Ironically, for someone who wants to be in control she has surprisingly little self-control.
As for your question at the start. Personally I'd recommend not to watch the preview; going blind into season 3 will add much to the experience.
The preview should be after the credits and gives you a moment before it starts. It's like finale-credits-preview. The credits are unique to the finale.
I don't think you should watch the teaser at the end of the finally. Since you don't have to wait between seasons anyway, you might as well discover things by watching episode 1 of season 3 rather than the teaser thing 👍

I think you should watch what comes after the credits.. I got a strong feelling that the creators had a hard time deciding weather to put it in or not becuase it would have comepletely changed the theorie and frustration levels, as we waited for season 3. So the creators had to choose between putting the fans between 2 different experinces and inlcuding the scenes is what they choose. For you it probably won't make much difference anyway becuase you should get the same thing in season 3 episode 1.
