try delete "C:\Windows\System32\config\SAM" , "C:\Windows\System32\config\SECURITY" and "C:\Windows\System32\config\SYSTEM" from your windows (only windows nt versions like 'xp , vista 7 and 10' another distributions like win9x will not work)

rundll32 отвечает за библеотеки DLL а не за EXE как csrss.exe. Так же слетает тема ибо если порыться можно заметить папку "shell" в котором папка normalcolor и в котором dll - ка shellstyle.dll, а она отвечает за эффект aero. А ещё дальше в папке en-US есть файл shellstyle.dll.mui, но тут я уже без понятия за что он отвечает ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Опять же, dll отвечает за полноценную работу системы. При удаления 90% тупо не будут работать ибо операция переходит на не существующий rundll32.exe а если его нету, и программа корректно работать не будет.
