Most other videos are just a song with the AI voice changer applied over the original singer's voice. The videos from I Ruined It splice a song with a different base so somebody has to sing it with the different rythm and then apply the AI voice changer to the newly sung part.

I'm all for getting contracts to prevent AI from taking over writing and acting jobs, BUT I am also 100% here for AI to take on the task of "what if this dead musician covered this song" scenarios. Especially because I'm sure you and the other youtubers doing it aren't going to be raking in billions of dollars for doing these things.
Man, you have such a huge potential ... With the right pick of songs, your channel could go viral in no time! May I suggest you pick the hottest song of the moment (I don't which one it is, but, hey, you'll find out, as long as it's one with really modern/gangsta/dirty lyrics) ; choose a huge star like Elvis ; then spend a lot of time making an instrumental adaptation of the song so that it's recognizable (unlike in this video). Then photoshop an actual CD track list of Elvis by changing one track name, to really add realism. Don't mention in the title that it's AI generated. This way, you could go viral with a nice title like: "Bitch Better Have My Money - Original Elvis Presley version (1958)" A quality prank, I would say!
....I actually got go to an Armstrong show in New Orleans in the mid-1960s. A small smokey lounge with a stage big enough for a small band, coatcheck girl was also the one who slung the cigarettes case around her neck, everyone with cocktails, some small plates, photos of famous jazz singers and groups on the wall.... I can see him singing this, but by then his voice was deeper and horse and his wife was with him. Nice lady. Sadly the red acetate souvenir record melted during a heatwave.
Whoever is doing these voice models could sell their work and make a mint. If you get the chance tell them that there's a good market out there for Dungeon Masters who want to sound like people other than themselves. I know real time voice modulation is possible. I watched a TED video where this big black guy with a deep bass voice sang into a mic and it turned him into a petite white woman, no lag, no modulation - just perfection. And that was over a year ago. I'd pay at least $100 to get ahold of something like that, maybe more.
This reminds me of that holographic Elvis on Blade Runner 2049. It's like you're literally resurrecting singers in digital form to have them perform new songs.

I am not from the USA and so my knowledge of American music is limited and I know more about music from the 1940s and 1950s there than post 2000. This sounds (other than the reference to the brand of trainers) exactly like some 1950s music, maybe not Louis himself, but his contemporaries.

A small smokey lounge with a stage big enough for a small band, coatcheck girl was also the one who slung the cigarettes case around her neck, everyone with cocktails, some small plates, photos of famous jazz singers and groups on the wall.... I can see him singing this, but by then his voice was deeper and horse and his wife was with him. Nice lady. Sadly the red acetate souvenir record melted during a heatwave.

If you get the chance tell them that there's a good market out there for Dungeon Masters who want to sound like people other than themselves. I know real time voice modulation is possible. I watched a TED video where this big black guy with a deep bass voice sang into a mic and it turned him into a petite white woman, no lag, no modulation - just perfection. And that was over a year ago. I'd pay at least $100 to get ahold of something like that, maybe more.
