Gosh, watching PonyBro tear up towards the end is quite a contrast to his first reaction "this is a girls' show!"

I don't think I've ever seen anyone react to MLP quite the same way you have. It's just so heartfelt. Seeing you so openly tear up feels.. good. It's beautiful. As per usual, I'm in tears over here, and.. I guess I just wanted to say a quick thank you for being so open and honest with how this show makes you feel.

I remember being just a 12 year old boy in 2012, watching the show for the first time on my shitty little smartphone, back when someone would upload full episodes on Youtube. I do remember that I stopped watching the actual show back when the season 4 premiere aired, but still engaging in the fanfiction community on FimFiction, and doing all that fun stuff for years.

Along comes 2016, when I go to College (or High School), and I realize that I need to focus on my studies, meaning that I'd have to put fandom to the very back of my mind, and eventually leaving it.

Come August 2021, I'm a graduate at University, and I feel like I'm missing something. I remember all the amazing memories I had of the fandom, the fanfiction, the fan videos, and I feel like I should dip my toes back into Bronydom. I start off by re-reading my favourite fanfics. That's all well and good, and I eventually get caught up on all of them after a few months. But...I still didn't feel the same. I needed to watch the show. But...I didn't feel like I could sit down and watch it as it was, especially the seasons I did watch.

Then I found this channel, and your reactions. I watched through all 9 seasons and some of the other media like it was nothing (syncing up your reaction vids with my own MLP video on a separate tab), which brings me here to today.

It was a pleasure seeing the characters develop throughout the show and wondering just what'll happen, but it was my privilege to watch YOU watch the show and grow as well. I experienced the first 3 seasons for the first time (again) through you! And I felt that I watched everything after that for the first time /with/ you.

You don't need worry about not watching the show sooner. I'm glad such a show existed at all.

I'm definitely staying along for everything else you do with the channel after.

i’ve grown up with this show, im deeply in love with it back then till today. so when i watched the finale i shedded tears soo many times.. knowing i won’t see my favourite ponies unless i re watch the show- it will forever be my favourite show. like mlp taught me so much about friendship as well i learnt so much from them. growing up with them means a lot to me. i will forever love my little pony. i’m glad you reacted to my little pony! the amount of times you teared up it brings me back to how much i did when i first watched the finale, and the other eps as well.

I still find it insane that MLP managed to deliver a more emotional and satisfying finale than most shows I know.

i swear to god i've seen this episode 100 times by now. This show changed my life so much; I grew up with the characters and its lessons helped me so much through my years. I cry EVERYTIME I see this. No exceptions.

There is something special about My Little Pony: FIM. I don't know what it is, maybe the relatable characters, but I know there is.

I don't know if you will see this, but I just wanted to thank you for this series of reactions. I originally watched this show back in 2013, and I stuck around till the end of season 4 I think. Me and my mates watched it together, that was one of my favorite parts honestly. Life happened and we stopped watching, but earlier this year during all this covid shit, I had a lot of free time and for old times sake I wanted to re watch the show, but none of my friends were interested in picking it back up. I looked to see if the episodes were on youtube and I spotted your episode 1 reaction and thought that it might be a fun way to catch back up to where I was up to.

Well I got to the end of season 4 and I found that watching the episodes I hadn't seen was much more enjoyable when I saw someone else enjoying it as well, kinda like how I first watched it. So Thanks to your videos, I am now completely caught up with a show that I had started in 2013 and thought I would never finish. Its been a long journey through your reactions, including the movie and all of Equestria girls, and it has brought something I could look forward to after a long shift or something else happening this year.

It's sad that it's over but at the same time it's never really over. Been here since season 2 and every year or so, I'll go back and watch the show again from the beginning to the most current. Every time I notice new things and I enjoy it and appreciate it even more.

What’s a missed opportunity for this series was not including follow up episodes to characters Rara or Autumn Blaze. They were quite popular as the other guest characters Cheese Sandwich and Quibble. For goodness sake, Lena Hall did say at BronyCon she’d reprise the role of Rara if she were ever asked.

The best finale in the whole series, the ending of the end is really amazing. I LOVE the interactions between the villains and the whole final stand scene is among the best scenes in the show, watching the majority if all the characters we met helping the main 6 fight against the villains is wonderful.

i have loved this show for 5 years now and i know how you feeling when mlp ended it was like it was the end of the world. this is my number one fav show <3. and even if mlp is over we will still remember the good episodes and adventures. and we will be there to make it throw your problems.

This is my 4th time watching the epilog and I am crying yet again!

I'll be honest, this finale had a recontextualization effect on me. After firstly realizing that Celestia has the ability to see visions of the future and the information about Discord testing Twilight in this finale. It made Discord in season 2 seem less like a villain, and more of a test if Twilight was actually up to the test of being a ruler of Equestria. Seeing as she became an alicorn in season 3. I've started to see Discord as more of a tester than just some douche who does nothing. Obviously this finale was him going too far, but it's kinda eerie how well he fits this role throughout the series.

It's been really cool to watch the series from the start knowing where she would end up and theorizing about what parts were tests and what parts were actual unforeseen problems. To me, after this finale, this whole series was about training Twilight to become the ruler of Equestria. And I actually love it.

PonyBro, you’re the reason I was able to actually watch the last two seasons without paying for anything. I’m so grateful that you’re the reactor I could watch for it, you’ve done everything so wonderfully and you can truly tell that you love everything about this. Also, I started crying before you and I kept crying through all three episodes. My journey through mlp started from people making fun of someone for watching it in 5th grade and I got curious through that. (I wasn’t making fun of him and he completely brushed off the bullies) I saw an edit of cadence and shining armors wedding to one of my favorite songs and I wanted to see what actually happened so I watched it through another reactor and eventually I was able to watch all of mlp up to that point through tv, YouTube and Netflix. I remember making my mom buy Equestria girls and that even furthered my liking of mlp. There was a long period of time where I didn’t watch mlp and that was after season 6. Eventually I watched all of season 7 but that was the only one (up to that date) on Netflix at the time and I gave up. Hearing about the ending made me want to watch again and I searched for some way to watch everything. I couldn’t find anything and truthfully I didn’t try enough but recently for some reason yt recommended Tempest singing Open Up Your Eyes. I fell in love with the song and decided I need to watch three last epis of 7, the movie and the last two seasons. I found you and watched you react to them all. (I watched the movie from another reactor, which wasn’t as good as it would’ve been if it were you) Thank you so much for all you’ve given to the mlp community and making my last experience of the end so much better!

It makes sense that Pinkie has a kid, children are the greatest joy in people's life so she provided the group with the greatest joy with Lil' cheese.
Rarity being the most beautiful pony is also the first of her friends to have gray in her mane but she's still fabulous.
Rainbow Dash and Applejack always competed and fought with one another but the finale showed they are the closest in the group.
Fluttershy is living the most unconventional life compared to the rest of the group.
And Twilight, no matter how big her role is or how far she goes away, will never abandon her friends. She made the council, not for herself or for ruling Equestria, but it's a reminder for the group to always stay connected. She brought her student to Ponyville to ensure her presence will always be in Ponyville, where the true Twilight was born.

Believe or not there is actually symbolism in the Twilight images of friends. It is called an influence image. The big and more towards the center the character is the bigger impact that one had. Celestia was the biggest and in the center. Just in front are Luna and cadence but not as big. And who is the biggest image on the right side? The spot that represents the place of honor? It’s SUNSET SHIMMER! And it makes sense. Sunset Shimmer was the first villain twilight faced as an alicorn. And believe or not Sunset Shimmer betrayal is the key that unlocked twilight becoming a ruler of Equestria.

Celestia realize she was doing something wrong when she caused both Luna her sister and Sunset Shimmer a student. She lost them. That was enough to wake her up to see the signs in twilight. Like a true mentor and a friend she did what she had to do. Send twilight away. And it worked. Twilight would have never made it without Sunset showing Celestia that even she was blind. I think it is a way to show that sunset was more important and to rub it in those who say Equestria girls isn’t canyon

I am so glad I was home alone when i watched this episode, because i had almost the same reaction that you had, only I broke down when Fluttershy began to sing. I love MLP music, but still to this day i can't listen to this song because a soon as I do i start tearing up :)

While i do agree this finale could have been better written, its also worth to point out that discord is given wat is known as Ron the Death Eater Treatment, for one his plan while not thought out because hes arrogant with his powers makes sense in a discord way if twilight is always twilighting in his mind how about i create a situation that if she takes out 3 baddies shed believe she can do ANYTHING. He also like he stated in the episode was gonna act as a safety net, to be around in case things got to dangerous for the mane 6 much like how he was with the sombra situation in the premiere. He didn't intentionally doom all if equestia because he thought with his powers itd be fine but they one upped him and stole it of course so it still ended up almost dooming everything accidentally but its still something to note. Discord was never meant to be an normal hero but in his mind he thought he was being noble and selfless the very fact that a chaotic being even cares of doing wat he sees as good goes against wat aj said, He didn't do it for partly fun like his prior instances of teaching twilight which also shows hes changed. Also what he did to get starlight free is also downplayed, he risked his life to get her free because he could have been killed by the beam tirek shot at him & he also stayed behind to face 3 deadly villains who could easily kill him because he doesn't have his powers only being able to throw rocks but still being willing to make up for wats hes done none the less. So it makes sense the characters in the story are willing to forgive him even if some audience member aren't willing to.

I’m so glad that you said that it’s up to interpretation instead of flat out saying, “it’s not real/is real.”

There’s been a lot of debate over the ships, with a good amount of the staff members saying that they really like the ships (ex: MA Larson supports appledash), which only kinda made the debates worse.

I personally really like appledash and cheesepie, but NONE of the ships are exactly confirmed, if you don’t like them, don’t see them as canon relationships! I’m rambling I know haha, but I’m just really glad that you took the neutral route.
