Doctors look over nutritional and hormonal issues all the time and go straight to prescribing drugs. Go get bloodwork done at an alternative medicine doctor and they will tell you all the things you are deficient in. Most everyone is short on vitamin D and magnesium just due to modern day life. Depression sucks, hopefully the episodes are short in duration and manageable. Don’t have blue light in your bedroom when you sleep and keep the WiFi and phone in another room or away from your bed, that can help.

Mac is such a ripoff but man do I love their software... Logic Pro and Final Cut are just so much better than the options on windows. You can though make a Windows into a hackintosh and just replace the HDD with an SSD. Samsung 970 evo or 860 evo (speed or volume deciding factor).
