Sur ce, nous revenons au monde des albums conceptuels, et le concept dans cette œuvre intelligente est celui d’une histoire qui traite de la naissance, de la vie, du mouvement vers la réalisation de soi et de la mort ultime de l’intelligence artificielle, bien que le destin soit quelque peu ouvert à la question, comment vais-je me rapporter. On this we return to the world of conceptual albums, and the concept in this intelligent work is that of a story that deals with birth, life, movement to self-realization and the ultimate death of artificial intelligence, although doom is somewhat open to question, how will I relate. The great concept, then, and Sylvan do what they do best here, which is to translate such a concept into a work that is alternately thoughtful, grandiose, theatrical and never, ever, boring. This album, as with most of the band's works, requires a little patient listening over a period of time to finally "get" it and fully appreciate it, but this time is extremely well spent. The band has always been magnificent at creating moods and changing them on a dropper to push the story to the listener, and this is no exception. Within the fundamental story of entity AI there is equally a commentary on the kind responsible for the potential demise of our beautiful world, which is one Homo Sapiens.In its heart, a lot of music and delivery here is very much on the melodic spectrum of progressive rock, but the band then creates numerous crescendos and symphonic howls that simply take your breath away. After the opener's overture, Bit By Bit, we have an Encoded At Heart birth sequence that has a melancholy start, but slowly but surely, incorporates into choral grandeur, and then has a painfully beautiful guitar solo by the brilliant guest Jonathan Beck, which shines throughout. Infant phase, The beginning of your life is an extremely catchy rhyme. Unleashed Power is simply a beautiful melodic tour de force, with beautiful Gluhmann vocals set over guitar and chorus. There are some orchestral strings that set the tone on Trust in Yourself, before similar moods on the remarkable journey of discovery that On My Odyssey incorporates into a beautiful vocal chorus backed by strings, guitar and piano, one that is simply breathtaking. World's Apart is an extremely intelligent and conscious piece of music in which the dream of coexistence is thrilled by the knowledge that creators and creators simply do not share the same worldview. This turns into Go Viral, a far more difficult piece of music, although it again contains the most beautiful guitar solo, which very conveniently gives us the final break of AI with its human surrounded world, and the mood is very conveniently set for a closer, not goodbye, which is a death scene, self-inflicted, although the last few seconds of a song that follows a long silence as the main piece fades suggests that this is really not goodbye.
