This transition always made me so happy. I always loved the ethereal otherworldly nature of Adult Swim and the bumps. It makes that time of the day take a whole different vibe, like you've stepped into another world entirely. The transition from that into the bright cheery cartoon network aesthetic of the daytime made me happy, like stepping out of the twilight zone back into the real world, wondering if you'll even remember what you just experienced

I remember trying to see who could find the adult swim logo first with my brothers when we were younger

I remember staying up all the way to 6 A.M. only to feel immense comfort yet sadness of the star spangled banner ending. The voice sounds so nice to me now, almost congratulating me for making it through the night just to watch adult swim. My parents never cared about my tv time, really, so it was nice to even think someone cared.

It will never cease to amaze me how fascinating growing up in the 2000’s were, the last time I saw that sign off was probably the last time I actually watched cable tv, and in a way it makes me sad to realize that I’m growing up.

Who else remembers staying up this late into 6:00 AM until Adult Swim was over? I sure do on Friday nights when I didn't have school the next day and before I had a job. By the way I miss the old Adult Swim outro. The new one is cool but this one was more soothing and more memorable. I vaguely heard it in my deep sleep while lying down on my living room couch at 5:59 AM.

Also, I am 23 and I still get pimples. None of those acne medications seem to work too well in the long run.
