Well to you the harpsichord represents something entirely different from what it does for me. Each time I hear that thing, I think of powdered wigs, overcoats, monocles, expensive wine, British accents, bad teeth, aristocracy, and pretension.
I wish I could think of cool vampire movies like you do, but unfortunately I wasn't ever exposed to gothic culture. And I can't just start listening to the harpsichord now otherwise my ear canal ignites and melts my brain.
I'm actually allergic to harpsichords. It'd be conceited of me to ask for a "Not Safe for Lotta" tag on songs containing harpsichord, but every time I hear that god-forsaken instrument, each pore on my body starts to bleed and hair falls out in oily clumps and my fingers and toes start to ooze and glob off with the nails. I should probably get some band-aids.
What's wrong w/ harpsichords? D: I love them when I combine 2 different melodies for that Twin sound you hear (4 melodies in this case woo!) And I hope to learn to make correct fugues at some point but they are sooo tedious.
Also, it is a staple of "classy goth" music or romantigoths. Plus I love Malice Mizer and mana's writing so most of music is gonna have twin harpsis from this point on bro ^^; so sorry to hear you don't like it. BUT IT'S SEX TO MY EARS xD lol

The first music I found really AWESOME of yours is the Daughter of the Wood. I just love that Celtic feeling to it. It also really fits Fluttershy. After that, you just get better and better and better! Love your music, do more!!!
