Actif de 1976 à 1998 en tant que projet solo de Manuel Göttsching
(né le 9 septembre 1952 à Berlin, Allemagne) ASHRA est une continuation deManuel GÖTTSCHING d’ASH RA TEMPEL, se déplaçant des zones psychédéliques extérieures du temple au domaine électronique de Berlin caractérisé par TANGERINE DREAM. C’est cet aspect qui conduit au « Nouvel Âge », qui a connu beaucoup de succès depuis lors. Les guitares en spirale et les couches électroniques créent des environnements calmes qui sont à la base de ce style.
À la fin des années 70 et au début des années 80, il y avait quatre grands albums: « New Age of Earth », « Blackouts », « Correlations » et « Belle Alliance ».
« New Age of Earth » (principalement synthé, mais avec un peu de guitare) était le résultat de sa nouvelle direction. C’est une belle édition lyrique, avec un solo de guitare contre la tapisserie de l’électronique, qui a beaucoup de sentiment « humain » que d’autres œuvres similaires de « l’école de Berlin » de la même période. « Blackouts » sont un très relaxant et un excellent moyen de se détendre après une journée difficile.ladislav&zivanovic.......

(rođen 9. rujna 1952. u Berlinu, Njemačka) ASHRA je nastavak ASH RA TEMPEL-aManuela GÖTTSCHINGA , krećući se od vanjskih psihodeličnih područja hrama do elektroničke domene Berlina koju karakterizira TANGERINE DREAM. Upravo taj aspekt dovodi do "Novog doba", koje je od tada bilo prilično uspješno. Spiralne gitare i elektronički slojevi stvaraju mirne ambijente koji su temelj ovog stila.
Krajem 70-ih/početkom 80-ih bila su četiri odlična albuma: "New Age of Earth", "Blackouts", "Correlations" i "Belle Alliance".
"New Age of Earth" (uglavnom synth, ali s nekom gitarom) bio je rezultat njegovog novog smjera. Riječ je o prekrasnom, lirskom izdanju, sa solo gitarom protiv tapiserija elektronike, koja ima puno 'ljudski' osjećaj od ostalih sličnih djela 'berlinske škole' istog razdoblja. "Zamračenja" su vrlo opuštajuća i sjajan način za opuštanje nakon teškog dana.ladislav&zivanovic…….

In the late '70s/early '80s, there were four great albums: "New Age of Earth," "Blackouts," "Correlations" and "Belle Alliance."
"New Age of Earth" (mostly synth, but with some guitar) was the result of its new direction. It is a beautiful, lyrical edition, with a guitar solo against the tapestry of electronics, which has a lot of 'human' feeling than other similar works of the 'Berlin school' of the same period.
