For those of you who did not understand last video. The shadow represents your subconscious and the tendencies of your subconscious. If you are kind by Nature you might have impulses to do something that wouldn't be in your characteristic to do. In movies and T.V. a good substitute is the "angel on the shoulder/devil".

I thought that last video was pretty interesting. People seem to be thrown off by the fact that it's more of a philosophical topic than a physical one, but I kind of felt related to some of the stuff the guy said. People interested in the human mind think about their good and bad impulses pretty often (at least I do), so I like it when someone tries to put words on it, however messy it might sound.
i think what the other one was talking about is how you have your self and kinda like a clone of your self that wants to do the opposite of what you do, if you re nice it wants to be mean and other things. It was explaining that although this can be a bad thing sometimes it is a good thing to listen to it and do it.
