Or a mile a "hectochunk" ? Probably because it's two totally different things with the mile being derived from the imperial system (or American system) as 1,760 yards (or 5,280 feet) and the chunk being derived from the metric system (or worldwide system) as 16 meters (16 m).
@Boogaloo Bender However, America used it, leading the imperial system being called "American system", as for England, it switched to the metric system, in fact, America is the only country to use the imperial system, so sometimes, things are not always what they seems to be.
