Now I spend the day time planting trees and breaking leaf blocks so I can collect enough apples to survive. I have searched and found no other source of food.

I went into a direction where the nether highway just stopped at 8k coords and I didn't rly find any other ways to continue, is my only hope to just keep going in the nether and make my own tunnel?

Also, if you went back in the first portal it would of done the same thing by minecraft's logic. Plus, you got in the Valley Of Wheat. The gigantic safehouse at the time. Like that happens every time.

Spawn does not look like that anymore :/ it is way more griefed and the only way to get out is apple farm until you get to chunks where animals spawn
