so what I gather from the comments, Celestia is trying to figure out what Luna did to some president, and I guess maybe the mayor of ponyville, and it seems Luna is being less than cooperative.

true. as a spanish speaker, it does seem funny to me cuz i know what hes saying and the comedic effect on it is that in the original video, the reporter is asking the yak about politics, but i think it would seem 10x funnier if i didnt know what the heck he was saying
