I’ve witnessed someone have a mental breakdown with my own eyes so I understand how serious it is, that someone ended up being my mother.

For about 2 years she grew addicted to a medicine she was prescribed to treat her, it would change her personality drastically and she’d act in a wild and excited manner, wild and excited to the point where it was scary, to the point where she’d often get emotional and cry about something that happened in her past.

One day she just went ballistic out of nowhere while I was at home, crying and mumbling gibberish and knocking things over, I still remember the screams she made.

It’s been 2 years and she’s fully sober now, she’s much healthier and in a much better state of mind, she’s currently helping me pick a house for me to live in :D

Thank you Lotus for sharing this. I know it must be hard to think back on that day and it’ll probably never leave your mind, but like you say always remember you have fans and friends to help you when your feeling stressed, and of course family. You do amazing readings that entertain me to no end, but I wouldn’t want you to ever stress yourself out to produce them early to meet a goal, boundaries are always important.

That is why in the future when I request fics for you to read through patreon donations, I promise you I’ll never hassle you to hurry up or stop supporting you. It's sad that you went through this....it's very important that you take a huge break from making content....I've had to take breaks from making content myself....because my mind needed a break....be wary of how you write stories...especially when it comes from seperating fiction from reality. It's great to make content, but if you post that says you need a break due to personal issues, by all means....take it, we just hope you get better if you ever go through it. Sad story though, but love your vids, and keep up the content when your able to
