Real scammers that do this have rotations to minimize the risk of having one of their paid actors recognized, but Flim and Flam were too greedy to hire more than one.
I quite enjoy this episode since it's a great lesson on how to spot flimflam businessmen trying to sell you snake oil (and yes, that's where their names come from.)
Honestly i think Pinkie or cheese sandwich could have pulled the stunt because of their crazy cartoon physics but Granny smith definitely would have died if AJ didn't save her.
@@Twinklethefox9022 I believe it considering when Cozy glow tried to steal magic and it returned, there was actually a shot of magic that went to pinkie pie. I think it is the source of her powers and pinkie sense. Lol XD

But who reads labels... 22:22 Yup, the flower, in the Breezies episode.
Maybe flim and flam are distant cousins of the apple family but no one talks about them because they are known to scam ponies and mistreat apples (the fruit) the worst crime you could do in the apple family. It would be a nice twist but also kinda of a stretch. Not every pony with an apple (or fruit) cutie mark is related to apple jack. And I added that because didn't one of her relatives have an orange themed cutie mark? Also, let's not forget the pear side of the family. And there's been charcters with fruit cutie marks too but again, not related to her. And there's a rumor that pinkie pie is related to apple jack but I can't remember if it was confirmed but they have rock cutie marks (except for pinkie pie of course)
The thing that makes season 4 my favorite are this great keys episodes. Also de premiere and the final are awesome, and the episodes we have in this season are also great, but the key episodes make the difference to become the best season in my opinion.
If I remember the order correctly I believe rarity was first to get the rainbow in her eyes then Rainbow Dash then pinkie pie then Fluttershy and then applejack obviously and then obviously twilight would be the last one after her
Yeah, man, Flutters got hers when her Kindness was tested by the Breezies. ;) T. Sparks is the only one left that hasn't been tested. And how, exactly, does one test the Magic of Friendship, anyway?
Also, interesting fact: In the Middle Ages, being a farmer meant you were a free man who owned your own land. A good comparison today would be sort of like the upper middle class to even lower upper class, so . . . yeah. By Medieval standards, the Apples are indeed freakin' loaded!
I made a prediction back when this episode first aired, that Flim and Flam would have an episode in every other season. I still can't believe I was right.
This was probably the most forgettable song of the season. I vaguely remembered that this episode had one, but I never could remember what it sounded like. Every other song I could remember strongly. There were a lot of great songs this season!

Anti depression medication aren't placebos, they do balance the chemicals in your brain so is chemistry instead of simply manipulation

But they do somewhat rely on placebos. If you don't think a certain antidepressant will work, it will work way less than if you did.
