Many of the beta builds of Win7 had the WIP "Superbar", but you have to edit the registry or use a program called "bluepill" (or something like that) to bypass the protection that's preventing the cool features from showing up. Btw, I think Win7 build 7000 looks much better than the final version. In the final product, it lost all the colorfullness from Vista and the beta builds, most of which replace with the weird ultra mega pale almost white/super light gray blueish color.

UAC creates Desktop (see CreateDesktopA) to which only UAC has access, so other programs can't emulate user to gain privileges. It places screenshot of user's session as background to avoid scaring user with blackscreen or something like that.
It switches to system user to show you the prompt. You can acces the user by changing the sticky keys file to cmd, and opening sticky keys on the uac, which opens a command prompt.
At the time when I was using Windows 7 my PC was so slow I could see the screen go black and then after a few seconds the screenshot appeared. Also, YouTube decided I should watch this video more than a year later.

Showing it in the final version wouldn’t make much sense since beta is its whole purpose but I do agree that if looks awesome.

This betas along with the people's feedback contributed to make the best os ever! Thanks Microsoft and all the betatesters that participated in the development for giving us Windows 7!
On some other beta versions of Windows 7 (i think including this one), you can access more features in Windows using a patch program. You can check them from online. And also, the codename for Windows 7 is literally Windows 7, not Vienna.

microsoft actually hid some of the features under some kind of a lock which can be opened with bluepill they did the same with windows 8 but changed something so it cant be opened with the previous method

Windows 8.1 with Classic/Open Shell or StartisBack as well as PE Network manager and a program that disables metro, as well as aero glass (glass8.eu) and a Windows 7 theme makes it Windows 7 but with UEFI and extra features. Can you have this with WinPadOS 10? Spoiler: No you can't. To me WinPadOS 10 is the worst Windows is existence and I would gladly take Windows 8.1 if it were re-released.
Windows 8.1 is the best OS and Microsoft know it. You still have freedom of control in xp, 7 and 8.1 (don't bother with windows 8, use 8.1) - windows 10 is the end of desktop control and a handover to microsoft controlling everything from their servers (in the cloud).

Windows 8.1 was the last OS to include a full desktop UI and Tablet UI split if it's modified. WinPadOS 10 only provides a tablet UI. RIP Windows for desktops.

Vista is not a bad OS. it was rushed because mincrosoft released too early. Vista shoud be released in mid 2008 and 7 shoud be released in late 2011 with the Windows 8 desktop ui (not 8.1 one).

I've tried to remove it (the copied cmd named sethc) but I can't because it says it contains a virus. Trying to remove it with defender also doesn't work. 0 likes0:21 actually that's not entirely true. in around 2000, 'the next version of Windows to come after Whistler' had begun under the codename 'Blackcomb'. in 2003, an interim release codenamed longhorn had started, delaying Blackcomb's release. it was then clear that Blackcomb couldn't be done in one release cycle, so they kept working on longhorn and forgot about Blackcomb entirely. in January 2006, Blackcomb was renamed Vienna, named after the capital of Austria. after a while the whole Blackcomb/Vienna project was scrapped and a new project started from scratch codenamed 'Windows 7', based on the fact that windows vista's internal version number was 6.0, but incremented by one. it was later announced in 2008 that Windows 7 would also be the final name for the os. i believe it was around early 2009 that they had finished Windows 7 development. so there's the whole development history of Windows 7.

Windows 8.1 with Classic/Open Shell or StartisBack as well as PE Network manager and a program that disables metro, as well as aero glass (glass8.eu) and a Windows 7 theme makes it Windows 7 but with UEFI and extra features. Can you have this with WinPadOS 10? Spoiler: No you can't. To me WinPadOS 10 is the worst Windows is existence and I would gladly take Windows 8.1 if it were re-released.

Windows 8.1 was the last OS to include a full desktop UI and Tablet UI split if it's modified. WinPadOS 10 only provides a tablet UI. RIP Windows for desktops.
