i found a fix for the permission stuff to delete oobe folder, so when you change the owner, there is an option at the bottom that says something to do with the permissions, so check it. now try it.

0 likesfor skipping this pc cant run windows 11 in virtualbox (or in real pc's) i do the process of windows 10 manually but in the bcd boot yo nedded to type this! bcdboot C:\Windows /s (letter of your boot partition mine is w)W: /f UEFI and in the bios of the pc you nedeed to select boot mode uefi im gonna try to use legacy bootloader. in virtualbox for installing it first you nedeed to enable EFI (special OSs Only) in the settings

Just useless features my W10 looks better with UltraUX Custom Theme, Icons, Rainmeter , startisback and Nexus Dock you can even use tools like Powertoys for window snapping. Centered icons in taskbar ? you can do it right now on W10 Without tools.
