When I'm feeling like that I'll just try my best to get up take a shower again and dress When I'm feeling anxious I will try my best to calm down and take time for myself by dressing up, doing my makeup and doing things I like I don't do this most of the time but I've noticed it actually helped me a little bit sometimes and I just need to try more
Because you dress how you want to feel not how you're already feeling - if you want to feel happy, or like you have it together, a really good place to start is with your clothes :) can help with your headspace a lot...at least that's my experience! Not sure what Dodie thinks about that.
I've just always been very into fashion so whenever the thought of dressing nicely comes into my head it cheers me up. Buy clothes that you think look good on you, and then think of peoples faces when you look fucking banging. It motivates me.

Cute and you look like you have your shit together even though you haven't. Giant sweater? Cute + floppy sleeves to flop around Harmen pants (I think they're called??)? Stretchy and soft fabric + CUUUUTE Hair in bun? Cute Lipstick or tinted lipbalm that that doubles as blush? CUTEEE

I didn't even get any weird looks and even if some things might make you feel a bit uncomfortable at first, if you really like this style then you'll feel more confident sooner or later. D UCK Hey, if you still feel that way, go for it! I felt exactly the same a while ago but then I started dressing like this and literally nobody cared. I didn't even get any weird looks and even if some things might make you feel a bit uncomfortable at first, if you really like this style then you'll feel more confident sooner or later. Dressing the way I want to has made me so much more confident and happy you should give it a try!
